Emailed Wrestlingtrader about the status of Dynamite Kid and blue Haystacks, replied in minutes explaining the issue. Sent them my email for a paypal refund, four days later and still nothing. Glad I jumped off. Sounds like one question was easier to give an answer to without checking the system to me, plus we have just had a weekend. Maybe give them a bit of time to respond

This is what I have just been told by Wrestling Trader…
“Sadly Blue Haystacks replacements are still in a queue at the factory after we inherited alot of damaged stock. Apologies for the delay.”
Its the same, old tired excuse, & we're still no closer to getting the Blue Haystacks figure - then when they gave me this same line Five Months ago.

This is what I have just been told by Wrestling Trader… “Sadly Blue Haystacks replacements are still in a queue at the factory after we inherited alot of damaged stock. Apologies for the delay.” Its the same, old tired excuse, & we're still no closer to getting the Blue Haystacks figure - then when they gave me this same line Five Months ago. It would be great to know what their queue looks like. There is probably no way we will know their financials but it’s hard to imagine what the options are at this point: -Refund all Blue Haystacks customers that want one. -Delay everything else to do an “emergency run” of Haystacks -Pay a different factory to try and make Haystacks -Put Haystacks in the back of the line and move on to bigger sellers. None of those feel like good options but some are better than others.

I don't see how months later, the Haystacks are still in a queue after their social media posts saying "All orders are fulfilled" 3poajamie can you PLEASE get them to explain or give a proper update addressing all of the backlog/issues they've got from the "Chella" era when you interview them next week? you've got the opportunity to draw a line in the sand here - Series 2 have arrived, this is the first delivery of "Epic" management figures. please use it to draw the line in the sand and say "This is what is still being worked on, this is how long it will take and give the people who are still upset at not receiving their goods the explanation they deserve, as obviously emails aren't working at this stage. and it's a shame, as I'm one of Epic's biggest fans but to know they're still unable to properly address frustrated customers, it's sad to hear as it doesn't build confidence in the next series.

1) when will Series 3 preorders begin?
2) have all Series 3 (and maybe Series 4) prototypes been completed and signed off/approved? it seems like a really sensible use of time to get as many future figure designs approved/agreed ready for production to begin when it can
3) did Chella (or Epic) change the factories at any point? there seems to be a distinct difference in the quality of the figures getting better around Hayabusa so I've always wondered if Haystacks and Daddy came from the same factory as Aldis/Ethan/Blue Meanie/Shernoff?
4) can Epic please post something on their website like the Coming Soon page on the Chella site? (and keep it updated regularly ideally....) as that would be an awesome way to reduce the constant "Where's my .....?" type questions we see everywhere

Is this your way of saying you aren’t on Facebook? 😂 Future releases will be discussed so series 3 will be the main meat and veg of the episode. My favourite feature of the Chella website was the “coming soon” bit. That was created by Action Figure Cellar and as he is still part of the Epic team can see this being a feature. That being said the “WhErEs SaBu?!” Questions will still keep coming until release of course

I have Sabu, Series 2 and Bluestacks on order.
Shouldn’t have to be any kind of proactive. They got my money long enough. They are responsible for getting in touch with me. They have my email.
I’m tired of this amateurish drama of all these so called companies.
