Is there a chance DDP will have 2 variant packs? One packaged with the white tape arms and the second with the black tape arms. Many of us will be getting 2 DDPs. But it'll be even better if both packs are different. Similar to what Jakks did with CS 12 Ultimate Warrior. Don’t think so, agreement is for 1 figure as far as I’m aware and not sure where a packaging variant would be classed as

Sorry if answered previously but I didn’t see anything. Is there an ETA for POP/Demolition if ordered through Asylum? I know we were originally eyeing Christmas but understand things happen … what’s the latest? Both Asylum and FC’s orders get shipped directly from the factory and they arrange this themselves, so no idea on this sadly as Epic are out of the loop on tracking etc…. Can’t see it being too long though

DDP looks great. Feels like they are going more towards ZST style rather than hasbro/cartoon style. Feels like Demo/POP were the last of the more cartoony look which is a shame as I thought they were on a winner here. Again DDP still looks great! Still don’t understand the far too common misconception that Hasbros were ‘cartoon like’ - their sculpts for the time were a very good likeness and not cartoon like at all. This is where Mitch is going wrong with G&G - his choices for signings are great overall to fit in the time period but he’s making the faces too cartoon like. The Mounties are a good example, look nothing like them, more a 15 year olds attempt at a cartoon of them. I’m sticking to WWF/Hasbro era ish guys so I won’t be getting this DDP but it’s brilliant and I’m happy to see Epic are really coming through. I’m all for the more realistic sculpts as that truly is what Hasbro were going for and usually pulled off. Loved POP and very much looking forward to the Bulldogs - not overly convinced with Dynamites likeness but it’s ok, Davey Boy is outstanding.

Same figure, different carding. I figured the same can be done with DDP. Same figure, different carding Thank you for your time.

Part of me wonders if that’s what the Gargano hold up is though Imo the backing card being different is not the same as having different parts on the figure in box

I’m still trying to catch up on the 3POA episodes. Not sure if this has been addressed since Luke and Kate were last on but are there any updates on Andre?

I mostly agree overall that the the cartoony-ness of Hasbros has been somewhat overstated (specifically the idea that they were simplistic) but I think saying they not cartoony at all is a massive overstatement. Some are less than others for sure, but Hasbros like Bret and Taker could 100% be described as cartoony.

They are somewhat like caricatures with less exaggerated features.

I think if you look closely at Taker it’s a very good likeness *for the time* and I don’t think Bret is a million miles away, I mean, look how wrong Mattel continue to get him in 2023.

I'm not saying they're bad at all (I love them in fact), but they're definitely cartoonishly exaggerated IMO (which makes sense for the style at the time).

Was looking very forward to this Hall. Big disappointment with both the jacket and scan.
But…. Any chance ZST’s cut off Jean jacket works on this? May have to pick up an extra OMG.
