This is a step back for Chella. Way too short. The skintone is too dark to the point where it could pass as a skintone for a hispanic or lighter skinned black person. Pretty disappointing after the improvements on Hayabusa. But that's the nature of the beast when it comes to the way they produce their figures. It's going to be hit or miss and this one is a miss for me after holding in person. In the future, I'll probably be holding off on pre-orders until I see pictures of the actual final products.

Oh wow, that's a disappointment Such a shame as it's great design, but I can't find a defence for that unfortunately. Damn Thanks for posting the photo.

Man, I don't know but I'm still digging it. I like it's smaller than the male figures but it does border on that "too small" scale. I want to see it in person, but I'm a MOC collcter and the pictures I've seen so far of it in box they do look really small for the carding. Like, out of place small.

Tbf not too bad agaibst Aldis who is 6ft 4 and bull being 5ft 7 However that would make hayanusa at 6ft too tall

Hayabusa was made too tall if you didn't already know. And aldis has a giant balloon head. Bulls billed at 5 foot 7.. Neither one of them in the pic are close to accurate

As I collect MOC the size is not much of an issue for me, all the points I would make have been made that makes the figure ok. I think it still fits in great with the hasbro/retro lines. If this is Chella at their worst in peoples views I am more than happy to continue with collecting the product.

Size wise she looks better if you just look at her next to Hayabusa. Aldis head is way too big. Also might be okay of they do all the females in this scale.
guster - can you explain what you mean by - "that's the nature of the beast when it comes to the way they produce their figures"? Even if they print them from an artists drawing wouldn't they get a test shot of that before making molds and ordering figures just as if they had a sculptor produce the prototype?
kiphouse - did the website show the final figure for Ethan Page?
Only thing I'm not a fan of is the oversized heads on some of wave 1.
I also keep checking back everyday for news. I would also really like some of the old time legends like Lou Thesz, Wild Bull Curry and Superstar Billy Graham.

If i was new to collecting, id guess these were all from 3 separate lines made by 3 separate companies. These dont look right together at all, but id like to see them next to some original hasbros to really get an idea of how they blend in or not

The Bull is really disappointing.
I wish Chella would say something -- and tell people how they will make sure it doesn't happen again...

I'll admit I'm somewhat disappointed by the Bull figure, their intention is to make a 4" tall female figure line (so females stand shorter than the guys) but Bull's figure should have been closer to the 4.5" mark including the hair, just featuring a slightly reduced frame from a guy's body as she was quite large during that era
I think this is where Chella needs to take a hit, go back to the drawing board and review their next planned female figure
Luna - yeah that would work in that scale, as she's quite small, but I think they've missed a trick on Nakano, as they could have got away with a 110mm tall figure for Nakano, but her forehead would need to be around 100-102mm tall and the remaining 8-10mm for her hair to make her stand out from the rest

It seems to me that Bull suffers from stumpy legs. That looks to be the main issue. It makes her arms look like Zombiejerkoffs monkey farm. And yeah the hair should be longer. So I'm going to say this is a dud. But unfortunately if they correct future females, she's going to be even worse.

As I said, I'm a MOC collector too so as long as it looks good boxed then I'm happy. I think the detail and the look of the figure is great so it being a bit short doesn't really bother me much. I get it from a loose collector standpoint that it's too short, but I still really like it. I think you make a good point. If this is the worst of Chella, then that says how good the product they've released so far really is!

It’s a shame that it’s come out a bit too small. Kudos to Chella for trying to make the ladies a little small than the guys, as that’s a good thing. Unfortunately this hasn’t worked in this instance. And as someone else said, I also noticed that Hayabusa seems too tall….so much so that I still haven’t opened mine and may sell it on. (I’m not familiar with Hayabusa, other than who he is, never seen a match etc)
As someone also pointed out, hasbro’s scaling certainly wasn’t perfect; but I feel like on the whole it was pretty good. So I really hope Chella can find a good steady scale moving forward…it’ll break my heart if the eagerly awaited Haku ends up a similar height the the Hasbro Andre (yes, sad I know; but I’m really looking forward to that one).

WOOF. Geez, now I'm regretting preordering her. And worried how the others will turn out, I have Adam Bomb ordered too. Guess I'll leave final verdict til I have her in hand, but this doesn't look good at all. Looks like 3 figures from 3 different companies in this pic.
Say what you will about ZST, but I appreciate that he doesn't take orders until he shows fully painted protos.

Im not sure shes too small. Like i said hayabusa is too tall. I need to wait and see her next to some hasbros first before i dismiss it.
