Not sure where to put/ask this...
My Elite 77 Rick Rude figure has blackstains on his arms from the robe. Tried Acetone, Brillo Pad, and Eraser Pad to get it off and nothing has worked! Any suggesstions as to what I can use?!

I cant get it to work but axehennig has had some success... I’m happy to report I’ve restored my Rude. I used Lacquer thinner (I use this instead of Acetone, because I find it less harsh on plastic), Testors Gloss Coat (clear) spray and a non-textured paper towel. I made sure the paper towel had a good amount of lacquer thinner on it and used my fingertip to vigorously rub the stain away. I then ran the leg (only the thigh to calf portion) until cold water and used hand soap to dilute any remaining chemical on the leg. Then, I used my clamp and sprayed the gloss coat onto the leg (again, just the leg) to remove any “whitening” which appears after using harsh chemicals on plastic. I didn’t see the need to do this process with the arms, so I just swapped them with the pink Rude figure. Also swapped the boots, although the former boots are a half-shade darker than the latter. Hope this helps anyone:
