I just received my Ultimate Edition Brock Lesnar... Rejoice!!! What a work of art!!! The figures from this line really do live up to the name! And for those who criticize the torso... I was reluctant at first. However, they look much better in person! The added range of motion is a delight and it’s just more realistic overall. I also picked up my favorite of all time... HBK!!! And that’s in spite of the dogshyt headsculpts. But, thankfully, there are other figures to headswap with!!! Rejoice!! Now if they can just work in ‘98 Taker and WM 12 Warrior, I’ll be one happy son ofa gun!!!!! IIIIIIIIIIIIII LOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVEEEEEEE YYYOOOOUUUUUUUU!!!!!!

I don’t own a UE figure yet. Hollywood should be my first and then Savage

I want Brock, but thats just mostly for the "new" Universal Title. Otherwise, I'm still kinda meh on the UEs. Hollywood is a must.

One thing I'd like to know (but unlikely to find out) is what happened? 1-3 easy enough to get, plenty of chances and at least one still in stock across multiple retailers. And I know series 4 have been out a while but for the well to dry up that instantly, doesn't seem right.
And AFA has said the sixth wave of Rock and Charlotte isn't gonna be the norm going forward, but what about Lynch and Cena? Both have already been on and off RSC in preorder stage.

They're all fantastic. AFA said they will be continuing on in retail so it doesn't sound like they're going anywhere anytime soon.

I was thrilled to get that HBK headsculpt though because I used one of the heads for my IYH: Degeneration X HBK ringside exclusive. It drives me NUTS that they gave him long hair instead of the braided ponytail. Now all is well in the world haha
If they make WM12 Warrior they gotta make him tan! The only figure to get it right was the old bone crunch figure. He’s gotta be dark! It completes the look, he looked like caramel dammit lol. The Jakks one didn’t look right and he needs his own headsculpt too.

Honestly, I’m not totally sold on these yet. I have Ronda, Becky, and Cena. The torsos work fine on the women. There’s a ton of gapping on Cena and the torso just looks terrible, and his hips are barely mobile. And I hate the toe joints. On all three of my figures, the toe joints are floppy.

Yeah honestly UE Brock surprised me how good it is , I have nearly all of them and I’m gonna be 100% getting the upcoming series. I gotta say the UE line their best attempt at a “deluxe “ figure yet, better than the return of DMs and EGs by far

I agree with you while-heartedly about both the awesomeness of the line and the need for a 1998 era Undertaker in this collection.
Ultimates continue to impress me, and I can say with total honesty that my UE Triple H is my favorite HHH ever made.

S H I N S U K E N A K A M U R A Didn't want the obvious "Shinsuke killed the line", but was there a decision to cut production runs for these, due to either general disinterest or CoVid changing the focus of production? Would like some reassurance that an RSC preorder is a better strategy than playing the waiting game now.

S H I N S U K E N A K A M U R A Yeah. I feel like the UE is better geared towards actual established legends and certain superstars. Putting two glorified mid card guys, a warrior in WCW attire, and Rhonda as the initial releases seemed a little shaky. They seem to have found their mojo now with some actual heavy hitters, but I too hope the damage hasn't already been done.

Series 1 was fine; Warrior is always a top seller and he’s never had WCW figures before, and it was the first Ronda (who is mainstream famous) in ring attire. I’m not sure why that Bret didn’t do as good as Warrior or HHH, I love that figure although I wish it had a belt. Nakamura was the real problem and I haven’t seen Finn enough to really think about that one; I barely saw Finn because everywhere still has Nakamura two seasons later.

If they widen up the mid-section of the torso, they'll look fine.

I remember when the first photos of the first wave were released people were already bashing them but I love the line. I have almost all of em and I think they are the most advanced wrestling figures to date. Particularly Love the Bret, HBK and 98 Warrior

Lump me in with those not totally sold yet. I have the Warrior and Bret UEs and they’re okay, but there’s still issues. The headscans on the Bret are all pretty bad, as well as the torso which has already been mentioned. Obviously I’m stoked for the Hollywood Hogan and Savage but for the higher price, I’d like to see more and better quality control. These are clearly more for collectors and less for kids to play with so reflect that in the product.

I have Bret and HBK, and I love them both. Two of my favorite Mattels in fact. The heads aren't the greatest, but they're not nearly as bad as people make them out to be. I honestly don't mind the torsos and TBH I don't think they look any worse than the regular Elite ab crunch. The Edge and Macho shown today both look fantastic and will be instant pre-orders for me.

The only one that I have is Warrior and I wish it was an elite. I'll buy Hogan and wish it was an elite too.
