I think the WM35 Elite Taker can make for a good representation of an ‘04-‘05 Taker

I want three attires in particular. Armageddon '05, No Way Out '06, and WrestleMania 23. I honestly think Taker looks weird in pants, tights suited him better. The three attires offer three unique looks. The Undertaker had a rare full beard at Armageddon '05, his natural hair and goatee color at No Way Out '06, and the darkest of dark black hair at Mania 23. '06-'10 Taker is best Taker NO DEBATE! A '98 Taker would be dope too.

He was a far better promo, he was consistently putting on all time classic matches, from 2006 to 2010 he was the complete package more than any other time in his career. He was constantly adding new aspects to his character and in-ring game. The Undertaker was about 30 pounds lighter than he was in the late 90's and it showed, he was faster and stronger at the same time. He really reached his athletic prime in his early 40's. Even though he's admitted he always slowed himself down, you could tell that '98 Taker wouldn't keep up with '07 Taker cardio-wise.

Now let me counter, 96-98 has Taker’s best feuds (Mankind, Kane, Austin and HBK), best music with that sweet electric guitar riff. Best look with way more experimenting with his outfits. Some of his best and most memorable matches such as Bad Blood, Kotr 98, inferno match etc. 06-10 Taker was a real career resurgence, but 96-98 helped save the WWF and made him a legend.

Fair enough, I grew up with WWF Attitude on the N64 so that era of Taker has a special place in my heart. But I think MMA gloves added a whole new level of badass. Taker's current theme song is his most iconic, but that '98 theme was also god tier. The '97 theme was the base for his current theme but done better. Plus Taker had a more complete set of finishers like the Last Ride and Hell's Gate. In 1998 he was 6-0 at Mania, the streak wasn't apart of his legacy yet.

I think WM 35 Taker pretty much is multi functional. I'd love Summer Slam 2008 Taker, or WM 23 Elite. I love Taker in general. But 06-10 was peak performance. But, each era of his career has something awesome to show.
