My brothers and I used to spend hours defacing the Argos Christmas catalogue after Mum brought one home. Moustaches, beards, glasses - you name it.
I think they're more upset by this news than anyone.

Man that's sad news. Going through that catalogue and picking out my Christmas presents with my friends was one of my favourite childhood memories. Total bummer that my future kids won't get to have that same experience.

that's sad, I worked in one of the stores during Christmas and so many people used the catalogue still, I had to try and get them to use the electronic systems but some people just preferred them. I hope staff realize some people are going to need a learning curve.

He's probably still strugging from the time he tried to arrange that wrestling event in Argos and annoyed Vince McMahon, or he's still recovering from the time Gazza ran him over in the mini. Or his mum beat him for putting the Argos catalogue in the crazy pathing. What a legend. ![]()  This reminds me of the closing of Woolworths though. Sad times/great memories.  |
