Hopefully they do better than the hit and miss Lost figures. They did great on the Lost figs if you ask me. "TELL ME WHERE THE BOMB IS" We need a Jack plush doll with a pull string.

Hopefully they do better than the hit and miss Lost figures. They did great on the Lost figs if you ask me. "TELL ME WHERE THE BOMB IS" We need a Jack plush doll with a pull string. Most of the Lost figs are pretty damn good, but a couple don't have the likenesses down as good as they should (Jack, Shannon, Kate). The ones that are good are REALLY good, though. Since all they're doing is Jack for 24, I'm sure they'll do a great job. They only have to worry about one face. I want a Jack gift set with Table Flipping Action. ;D

We told you about the quick release of the 24 premiere DVD. There's also a Jack Bauer action figure that will hit the stores later this year. It might have arrived in time for the new season had not Kiefer Sutherland used 24-style torture techniques on his mini-me in one of his celebrated drinking bouts.
Recalls TV's Jack:
"We took the doll out for a night to have some fun and we'd had some drinks. We sat it on the corner of the table. We started torturing him around 11 o'clock at night, and, by two o'clock in the morning, we had set him on fire in the parking lot.
"We got up the next day and there was just this puddle of wax. His clothes didn't burn, which I thought was pretty cool... and then I got a call the next day saying, 'Did you like the doll?' I said, 'Yeah, it was great.' And they said, 'Well, OK, good, you gotta send it back to us because that was the prototype. It took that guy a year to make it.'
24%20doll.jpg"I said, 'Well, let me look for it, I think I left it in the trailer.'
"This went on for about a week and then I had to just kinda come clean."
(A tip of the Tabloid Baby hat to our pal Rina Raphael at the Court TV blog, who gave us an excuse to run the Kiefer Sutherland picture we found while researching the DVD story...)
