Well, I don’t think we would see anything today seeing it’s Sunday so no shipping carriers are working. They are probably boxing everything and running their manifests tonight or tomorrow morning. So we probably won’t see tracking information until then.

Hella Frustrated my YB have shipped but Omega hasn’t. But seeing RSC tell us how hard they’re working to get everything shipped after all of the delays and such and seeing they only arrived Friday night gives me hope. Transparency is always the best thing imo

I order my AEW figures with the ring so I will be waiting on them till end of the month. I hope everyone who receives theirs this week or so enjoys them!

I got tracking a couple days for my set I ordered. So hopefully they'll be here quick. Last time I ordered on ringside I got my stuff in like 3 days

A bit disappointed in RSC... ordered at the end of Feb, still no tracking. I understand there's delays but its frustrating to see people who ordered after me are getting theirs shipped first. I'll see how they handle shipping out the ring (made a separate order a few weeks ago for that one) but I'm reluctant to give them any more money in the future. No point rolling the dice and not knowing if I'll get say, series 2, on time if they can't at least fulfill orders based on when they recieved them. Also, definitely canceling my order if I find them in stores before they ship out. That's just simply unacceptable for the premium they charge for figures.
Hopefully this was a one-time guffaw and everything will be handled more smoothly for the subsequent preorders.

No company or anyone who takes care of preorders by going down a list and shipping them out based on who ordered what at what time in what time zone on what date. Not only is that ridiculous but it’s time consuming. Just be glad they’re fulfilling preorders.

Unfortunately the manufacturer Jazwares delayed our shipment due to factory issues they say were caused by Covid, this is beyond our control. We are disappointed in that too and wish Jazwares did not have factory issues. We were expecting them in last month, what would you like us to do if the manufacturer has a factory delay that they say is because of Covid issues? They say the issue will be corrected for future series. Everyone knew about this delay, we have been very public about it and did not hide it. What would you have liked us to do? The shipment just arrived late-Friday, our warehouse has been working non-stop all weekend to make sure ALL pre-orders are shipped as fast as possible. Many orders that were processed over the weekend you won't receive a tracking number for until Monday. If someone received a tracking number Friday night, Saturday or Sunday, FedEx isn't picking up until Monday so essentially everyone is being shipped the same business day. In addition, we have teams who work on different types of orders so that ALL orders will be shipped out faster. We appreciate your patience and we are doing our best in the situation that Jazwares has put us in with this very late shipment. Most Pre-Orders will ship by the end of day Monday which is 1 business day after they arrived late Friday.

I think it’s been obvious for years that RSC does not ship out based on when you order, and I’m pretty sure most websites are the same. Anyone who ordered for that pre-order 1 batch is entitled to get their figures at the same time, when pre order 1 ships. The only thing ordering first ensures is that you’re on pre-order 1, not that you get your figures before everyone else in pre-order 1. We’re all in the same boat and they’ll most likely all be shipped out today aside from the few who got them before

Thanks for the response and insight, my main point of annoyance was learning that people who ordered months after I did were potentially getting them. If we're all in the same batch shipping out on the same day then that's fine. It's a tough situation, hopefully the kinks are ironed out for series 2 because I'm already sick of checking Wal-Marts and would rather just order series 2 from RSC.

I got my shipping label notification this morning but no ETA as of yet. I’m guessing Thursday if FedEx gets it today but hard to say. My last couple of orders have arrived in 2 days although in the past it’s taken a lot longer than that.
