What Factions Do We Have?

With all the figures that Mattel have released so far, what factions can we complete or start to make?
A faction has to have a minimum of three wrestlers in it to qualify as a faction. I want to make a list of factions we can display either complete or incomplete (either due to lack of members or if appropriate, lack of correct attire), but still able to be started due to three wrestler members having being made. Factions that have had different members at different times will still listed as incomplete if not all past members are available. Factions where only two or less wrestlers are available will not be listed. A member won’t count if they aren’t wearing the relevant attire; for example Stevie Ray doesn’t qualify as an NWO member as his only figure is in Harlem Heat attire.
