My son outgrew his obsession and I’m going to be listing a huge lot of wrestlers we collected from 2013 to last year. Over 250 wrestlers, all with accessories and all. None broken, and from smoke free home.
I thought there was a place to sale here, but couldn’t find. Going to place on eBay and sale the whole bundle together. Anyone recommend another place to sale perhaps where hobbyists would really be able to take advantage or perhaps purchase for their kids.
I used this forum a few years back to help locate figures and get ideas for his full arena set up. Not trying to break rules of the forum, just asking because I used to see people rip others off on eBay or people buy them to resale at higher prices. All of these are ones everyone enjoyed, 98% Mattel, and a few white whales included I know. Plus bags of belts and accessories still lol.
Help would be appreciated guys. Thanks!

I’ll buy them all but will resell for profit. Your choice.

50 non spam posts unlocks the classifieds board. As a seller my advice is smaller lots or individual sales on the higher end figures. Your going to take a huge loss on a one shot deal and finding a person who wants that many and willing to pay an insane shipping cost will be hard to find.

I recently sold off my collection (mostly on here, partially on thebay) and I will say, depending on what you have and the amount you have, you will get a lot more money if you have the patience to sell them individually. Early on I got a few offers for the lot, and I ended up getting more than 3x the highest lot offer in the end after selling them off mostly individually.
If you participate here enough to get 50 non-spam posts and are able to access the classifieds, know that there is a reference system in place to protect people. Seeing as you will be starting from 0, you'll have to ship before receiving payment to people with a positive ref count.

You’d probably be able to sell the whole lot at a reasonable price, but selling individually would get you the highest profit.

If you end up going individually let me know. I don't really do lots. Best of luck though whichever way you go.

I’d say sell in smaller lots, mixing in more valuable ones with ones that probably won’t be as likely to move on their own.
As others have said, 50 posts and you can list yours in the classified board. And I’d be interested to see what you have. Might be able to purchase a few off of you.

I’m going to look at getting post count up today and tomorrow I guess to see what this classified section would benefit from.
The main reason I want to sell as a lot is to quite honestly get them out of my office and knock it all out. I’m going to take a loss, and completely ok with that really. This was never designed to be a collection really. Just a Dad who spent way too much on toys over the years lol

Hate to be that guy, but man your post was tough to read w/you saying you want to "sale" them. It's sell bro, sell! Look if you want to sell them, you cant sell them in a lot and then worry about what the buyer is making by reselling your figures. He's not sitting there moping wondering what you're doing w/the money he bought the figures with. People don't understand, business is business, even in the toy world. Your situation is up to you. It sounds like there's an emotional attachment. I mean maybe you should box them up and put them in a closet and forget about them. Go back and re-examine the situation a few months down the road, maybe you'd be more inclined to sell them then. And values very much so may go up. Never know. And there is a spot to sell on the site, you have to have 50 non spam posts before gaining axcess. PM me if you want to talk further. Good luck!

Man, can’t type while in the truck without the grammar police getting you, huh? LOL. There isn’t an emotional attachment at all. I wanted to try and do good selling all of these because I know there are a lot of hobbyists out there, or folks wanting to get their kids involved so I’d rather try and steer that way if possible was all. I was just looking for the advice since I’d seen people complain over time about how they’ve gotten gauged on eBay and such for figures. I will look at getting the posts up without just being annoying to people’s threads I guess...

If you end up going individually let me know. I don't really do lots. Best of luck though whichever way you go. You are just trying to get more Lex Luger figures aren't you?

Looking forward to seeing the list. I just lost out on a GREAT lot on Mercari because the seller backed out at the last minute.
