I was not expecting a double turn when this started months ago, but that really looks like what we have here. Didnt one of the dirt sheets say they wanted to make The Fiend a big face....which is completely ridiculous IMO. Nobody that "looks" like that should be a typical face. |

Besides the laughing back n forth, I thought that last segment was really good.
Glad E is getting some love.
The return of Chad Gable is wonderful.
Cool Kalisto is back. Glad LHP is getting some tv time.
Battle Royal was good. I just wish Baszler or Belair would have won. Love Asuka but she didn’t need this.
Retribution looked better tonight. Got some bigger dudes in there finally.
Sheamus needs to wrestle in his street fighting gear all the time!
Oh and AJ was funny tonight!
Since Prichard took over it really feels like they are trying to get everyone on the roster some direction. Honestly that’s the best thing possible. When you have a roster this stacked they all need to be focused constantly.

Wrestling is a weird thing man.....The Fiend has very much reminded me of The Undertaker when he debuted. He captivated the fans right away, too merch seller, top character on the show. For all intensive purposes to the fans he is the #1 face of the brand on Smackdown. But he isn’t a “good guy” but to the fans he doesn’t get heat or get booed. Braun hasn’t been a face to the fans this whole time, bored of his character, people don’t want to see him as the top face.
So the wwe realizes all this and does the switch. Will it work? Who knows! So we shall see.

I enjoyed this episode.
Good win for Big E. His solo run is off to a good start. Submission wins over Miz and Morrison could get him in line soon for an IC title match.
Battle royal was fine. Asuka winning is interesting. She took over the Raw mantle from Becky and she might be taking the two belts mantle from Becky as well.
No issue with Metalik winning tonight. If LHP is going to get a title shot, they need a win or two to make the title match mean a little more.
I hate to thank Corbin for anything, but thanks Corbin for saying Chad.
This was the best Retribution has been. That’s not saying much, but they definitely had a couple of larger guys there tonight, and that does make a difference.
Really good promos from Mandy and Sonya.
AJ, Abyss, and Jeff Hardy together in WWE. Thanks 2020.
I enjoyed the closing segment. I was not expecting a double turn. The Fiend as a face does have interesting possibilities. Mankind, Undertaker, and Kane were faces at one point, so we’ll see.
Overall, pretty solid tonight. On to Monday.

When the lights came back on, I was expecting Bliss to be in the Fiend's arms - like he caught her. It would have looked a lot better, than her just sitting on the floor after Strowman had lauched her into the air. Also, I don't want to see Sonya bald/shaved... I do want to see her in what she was wearing tonight. Also, marked out hard for Joseph Park. He was always so good at character work... still reminds me of Penn Gilette, though.

He has input on Smackdown and more in NXT than he used to but he is very much hands on with Raw and I think that shows. Smackdown isn’t perfect by any means but it flows so much better as a show than Raw does. Stuff makes sense, they build people. |

Alexa and Bray should be really fun together,the ending was good besides the laughing that was not needed
So happy they building Big E as a singles guy. If Ciampa is the leader I really want to see him and Big E in a match
Sonya and Mandy had good promos but I wish Sonya was going against Bayley for the title instead of Asuka getting two title matches but if anybody deserves this Asuka does
AJ/Hardy/Parks was really fun
Retribution was better tonight but I just wanna know one of two of the guys to get me more excited. Just a small hint that one is Ciampa or Dijak would have me to look forward to the next time I see them

absolutely LOVE seeing Joseph Parks in the WWE, dude is so talented and i was always kind of upset he spent his entire career in TNA. hope this is more than just a 1-week thing, the pairing of those two could be absolute GOLD for awhile
this crapwith Fiend/Braun has gone off the rails and not in a good way. im not into this at all right now, and turning Fiend into a "sympathetic" loverboy babyface is not the direction it needs to go. im gonna wait for this whole thing to play out but right now im not into it
