See when you guys call Surfer Sting the real Sting, and Crow Sting crap, you lose me. He was Surfer for maybe 9-10 years. He’s been Crow Sting for the other 24. For a person my age that got into wrestling in 97ish there was no Red/Yellow Hogan only Hollywood. There was no Surfer Sting, only Crow. You only learned about that when you rented an old video or game from blockbuster and were confused. Funny because Sting has said that he sees himself as the crow Sting in I nterviews when asked about returning to the surfer gimmick. I grew up with crow Sting so that’s how I also remember him considering he’s my favorite of all time.

Honorable mention: Christian because I started watching at the end of his WWE run but then became a big fan in TNA

I came into wrestling around early 96 so 96-03 were the years I was obsessed.
1) Stone Cold 2) Ultimate Warrior 3) Shawn Michaels 4) Undertaker 5) Bret Hart (97 run)
