They should’ve waited and revealed it on tv to get people to tune in. I was gonna do that until they showed it off on twitter so now I have no reason to watch Smackdown and suffer through the awful Fiend stuff Someone leaked it first (I think they were actually fired) so at that point, they were probably just like whatever let’s show them

I'm confident that this will provide a bump in numbers for a week and then we'll see things dip again next week. I'll be tuning in for the first bit. It'll be interesting to see the quarterly breakdowns to see if it holds viewers.
I don't know if this is going to capture and make new fans. The people who won't criticize or will ever stop watching WWE will eat this up.

It's gonna be interesting. The way the fans were set up on that demo looked kinda distracting, like they were too big compared to the ring, but further away it could work well. The NBA does a similar setup and I find there's really awesome when they do it. They're set up further apart so they line up with how the crowd would normally be. Will see how it looks when it's up and running for sure.

How does this Thunderdome virtual audience thing work?
1) LED screens are set up in the arena 2) Fans register online 3) They get on some Facebook/Zoom like video telecommunication thing when the show is on and they appear onscreen 4) Fans at home see them and its like watching a Youtube reaction video
Is this it?

It'll be interesting to see how it looks tonight.

I’m assuming if they (or people complaining) find it too bright, and distracting, that they’ll just dim down all the LEDs in the arena, at least during the matches, similar to how they always darken out the live crowds and flood them all in red or blue spotlights...

I would have rather them just found crowd footage from a camera in the past and just put the video on loop and put that on the screens. I really dont wanna see some fat eating cheetohs while he watches wrestling on his computer.
