Yep even though my ring is smashed from delivery I took a quick look at the omega anyways and the ankles are crazy loose the right one is basically a propeller fortunately I didn’t have this issue on any of the other series 1 Omega’s I got they were fine at least the ones I’ve opened .... but now I see what people were dealing with With this one also don’t like how they did the hair at all and the eyes aren’t horrible but are a bit off Printing wise in comparison again to my other Kenny Omega’s Shame cause the green looks great Holy punctuation, Batman! Are they sending you any replacements? |

I sent photos to ringside and contacted customer service
They then filed a claim w usps investigation may take up to 14 days I’ll be required to bring all items Including the boxes it came in to my post office upon there contacting me for inspection of then which ringside collectables will then contact me after and we go from there

Good luck. My wife has had a fedex investigation open through Ringside for well over a month regarding a never-delivered ultimate edition series 5 set. I gave up and ended up just ordering them when they went in stock. I know Ringside won't do anything but it's definitely frustrating.

From everything thing I’ve seen, series 1 Omega is the way to go for now.
The green attire with ring is cool & looks good but the head Is not an improvement at all. The Blonde hair ‘ring’ on top of head looks awful & the face print is clearly not as well done as S1.
I’ve heard ankle/feet problems with both figures, fortunately the joints on my S1 are all good.

This is crazy because when I had a black liger figure get stolen off my porch when fed ex leave it I never had to have a case opened. Ringside literally just mailed me another one same day I confirmed it was stolen. Great experience with their customer service! |

Got mine in this morning. Very cool, gonna leave it MIB, just wanted to have their first scale ring and Omega exclusive as a collection piece. Essentially the ring is the same as the WWE wct scale rings, just tweaked a bit to match the AEW look.
The Omega looks great to me, nice to see the Omega in-hand with a more correct hair color. I really like the attire too. The deco looks crisp and bright

Got mine yesterday, albeit through Mercari, he sent it in the original box and such, opened the box and the package was pristine. The Kenny figure looks great in the card, ankles straight, face scan on point, kick pads correct. Don’t know if I’ll open it as I’m trying to keep an AEW collection MOC.

Wife got hers the other day. Easy to put together but it's HUGE. I can't buy that this is accurate.
Omega is wobbly and the hair is terrible. Luckily she's a customizer and fixed his hair and skin tone.
She's the one that noticed he has no belly button.

How much bigger is this ring that the new Mattel Main Event rings (the ones with the lights that came with Goldberg/Jinder? I have a place for this on my display and right now I have one of the main event rings and it fits just right. Wondering if this one won’t fit and I’ll have to reorganize the display.

Sadly mines been stuck at ‘Departed’ from San Fransisco for 2 weeks now (destination is New Zealand). Apparently this sort of delay is ‘normal’ in these strange times, but still I’m getting a little concerned
Out of curiosity, I’ve seen it posted that the the size is 22.6x22.4? Why is it not exactly square?

I received mine a few weeks back. Haven't opened it yet. Pissed b/c the packaging is dented. Even more pissed b/c I just received my Series 1 preorder and every single figure has horribly damaged packaging.
