I would like it if Mattel would revive the WWE Superstars girls line but this time have figures of the newest WWE Women's Championship stars like Tamina and Ember Moon and add Maryse to the line as well. Because that line was overlooked by figure fans the first time they came out and since a lot of WWE fans are female the revived line would be a winner

The last day my Tru was open they still had at least 100 of them on the shelves. My Ollies still has a good amount of them.

Most if not all of these ended up at Ollie's. This isn't true at all. Most of them actually wind up at the K-Mart in Salinas. Show some respect. |

This was a miscalculation on Mattelās part thinking girls who are into wrestling want girly figures catered to them. Having a daughter and friends with daughters who were into wrestling they want to play with the same toys as boys. They donāt want them looking cute and cartoony with dress up clothes and fashion accessories.

It was funny when the SDCC 2017 Mattel WWE panel was all about the dolls and people here flipped š In all fairness, the line looked terrible and even though probably this entire board is outside the target demo, it was pretty obvious the line was a big swing and miss. It seemed like they were trying to tap into the surge in women's wrestling, while totally missing the mark on how empowerment and focusing on athleticism was making that happen. |

Itās interesting because like has been mentioned girls who like wrestling generally donāt want exclusively girl wrestlers
Mattel has form on this too. The original masters of the universe line had a big girl following. They tried to capitalise on this and introduced she-ra. However this backfired with boys losing interest Because of the close association between motu and she-ra snd girls were also not massive into she-ra - they wanted the motu characters they had already becomes accustomed to
