This is absolutely shocking and terrible news. He was a brilliant talent. It's amazing how much he was capable of filming while going through cancer treatment/surgeries. His perseverance knew no bounds and he will be truly missed. He leaves behind an incredible legacy for his already incredible body of work, especially as Black Panther in the MCU.

I saw the news breakout live within the hour it was broken and was extremely saddened, the fact that he went through what he did making so many amazing movies is unreal.

Really great tribute piece Marvel put together. With the days after his passing, and watching so many different people comment on his loss, people knew him and never even met him, it's positive after positive being said about it. It makes you realize, that losing him, the world lost one of the good ones. Not just a good actor, but a good person. He chose to keep his cancer a secret and in some ways suffer in silence (thankfully he had family that was there for him to lean on, during what I'm sure were really hard times). And while he was appreciated when he was still alive, I think now that he's gone, it's really allowing more people to realize what the world really lost, with his death, a genuine great human being.
