Rock is a healthy guy so he has/had like a 99.8% survival chance....He's all good. It can still leave some nasty scars on your body. Bad heart, lungs  ed etc. |

But as I said, Apollo himself never confirmed it from what I can find and WWE sure never mentioned it, going with a storyline back injury. Around that time, a number of talents just vanished from TV one week. But other than Renee, Kayla Braxton, and a couple of producers, no wrestlers confirmed the reason for their absence before Styles. |
