The Hulkamaniacs (Hulk Hogan, Jake Roberts, Ax and Smash) defeated The Million Dollar Team (Ted DiBiase, The Warlord, The Barbarian and Zeus) (with Virgil and Mr. Fuji)
The weak spot to me is of course, Zeus. But I am a huge Demolition and Powers of Pain fan. i like Jake, even though I prefer him as a heel, love some Dibase, and hogan is of course Hogan
I was so pumped for this match and had no idea who to root for cuz I liked all of the guys
This to me is the ultimate survivor series matchup

Survivor Series 1990
Ultimate Warrior, Texas Tornado and the Legion of Doom vs. Mr. Perfect and Demolition!!!
I did that survivor series match up so many times as a kid with my Hasbros since I had all 8 figures.

The only thing that would have made that match better would have been if Savage was on the team instead of Crush, no offense to Crush but he wasn't on the other guys level. Warrior, Tornado, Animal & Hawk vs. Savage, Perfect, Ax & Smash would have been awesome.

Yeah, I'd have to go with both or your choices, 1989 Hulkamaniacs vs the Million Dollar Team, and 1990 Ultimate Warriors vs the Perfect team were two of the top match ups in Survivor Series history. I was also really pumped for Flair's team vs Piper's team at the 1991 Survivor Series as well, Piper, Bret, Virgil & Davey Boy vs Flair, DiBiase, Mountie & Warlord.

I gotta give the nod to Team Hogan vs Team Andre from 87. I loved the fact how they kept the two apart since WM III.Just added to the build in the fact you couldn't wait to see these guys lock horns again after all those months.Plus Team Andre is my fav SSeries team of all time so that helps.

I also enjoyed The Teamsters vs. The Bad Guys from 1994.
For newer matches, I would go 2006 with DX, Hardys and Punk vs. Edge, Orton, Morrison, Helms and Knox

Yeah, I didn't really care for the ending of the 1991 match, I kind of wish it would have went down to Flair & DiBiase vs. Piper & Bret, I think those 4 guys could have come up with a hell of an ending to the match.

I also enjoyed The Teamsters vs. The Bad Guys from 1994. That seems out of character for you, I never would have guessed you'd be a fan of this one...

I would be remiss if I didnt mention these... Hands down best era of tag wrestling! Today’s AEW tag team division is great too. To answer the OP, don’t know if it’s my favorite, but I actually liked Dream Team vs Enforcers from 89. I loved the whole card really. My favorite Survivor Series.

I like the traditional Survivor Series matches. The old matches with Hulk Hogan are some of the greatest of all time brother.

My favourites are the tag team one from 1988. I had this on vhs and would watch it over and over again.
I also loved The Warriors vs The Perfect Team. Seeing warrior and Texas tornado along with lod on the same team was awesome.
The most fun match for me was the one from 1991 with Roddy Pipers team against Ric Flairs. You could tell that every wrestler involved in that match was having a blast.

I liked pretty much all the matches from the first few years but one that always sticks out for me is the Duggan/Mustafa team match in 1991. I was always a fan of the lower card and more gimmicked type of guys. I remember when WWF did the graphic for the match right before the start and thought the Mustafa team especially looked cool as heck. Plus we here Mustafa's theme which sounded cool as hell and so many changes really made this one interesting. Ricky Steamboat, Jim Neidhart, Barbarian and Big Bully Busick were scheduled originally.
I think this was the first PPV Neidhart missed after Wrestlemania 2 so that was odd but it's hard too imagine Slaughter not being on this PPV after his face turn. Barbarian and Bully are pretty much interchangeable with any other heel on the match except Mustafa. I also liked seeing the whole face team survive and getting to celebrate together. This might have been the last PPV any of them really got to enjoy a win big win. Another match I really liked was the low card match on the Free For All on the 1996 Survivor Series. I remember watching it at home, not getting the PPV though, and being so excited to see the match on the Free For All video tape in 1997. It was Bradshaw, Sultan, Salvatore Sincere, Billy Gunn versus Jesse James, Bob Holly, Aldo Montoya and Bart Gunn. WOW! I bet some of these guys felt like crap with these gimmicks and not even being on the PPV but the majority of these guys would get big pushes over the next few years. For me both the 1991 match and 1996 match really mirror each other with it being the lowest of the low card guys and so many gimmick type of guys.
I think Survivor Series was always my favorite event. I liked Royal Rumble but with SS you got to see guys in the ring a bit more and you got to hear their themes too and there were more storylines going on as opposed to the Rumble. I do wonder whose call it was to have some teams come out to all themes while some only came out to the captains theme. All the guys in the Roberts and Rhodes team in 1990 were big enough stars to come out to their own themes.
PS I think my favorite call on commentary ever for the event is: "What's Heenan doing in his wrestling gear?" Few seconds later "WHAT IS HEENAN DOING IN HIS WRESTLING GEAR?" I wonder if Gorilla knew in advance Heenan was going to be in the match, Gorilla really sold that one with shock.

I used to love when lower card/mid carders were in high profile main event matches. So the SS matches in 2004 (featuring the likes of Maven & Snitsky) & 2014 (Harper & Rowan) are some of my favorites.

On paper this and the Perfect team vs Warriors at 90 were top notch. They both failed to deliver based on the ridiculous eliminations. Tag teams getting dqd, Zeus thrown out from the get go as Jesse would say ruined those matches for me. My favorite is the tag team elimination from 88. It went almost hour and the teams were stacked and you get the double turn at the end. Magnificent.
