Today my package from Ringside Collectibles was going to come to my residences, when I track my package it was marked for delivered and left at the front door (I live in an apartment building) and I went to check and nothing. So I check two more time and still nothing. I called Fed Ex and spoke to someone in customer service and they are going to see what happen and also told me to see it the package comes either tomorrow or Friday, if it doesn't come in I have to contact Ringside about getting a refund. Has anything like this happen to any of you guys? Now I have no Io Shairi Elite action figure in my hands and I am super disappointed.

Long time ago a FedEx package was missed delivered to the house across from me. Another time a Fedex package said it was “delivered” (which wasn’t) then the next day it was actually delivered. Yeah...
Your package was missed delivered, stolen, or hasn’t actually been delivered.

So much room for error in an apartment. Check with you neighbors, they probably have it

Hope you get it all squared away, dude. I know fighting against shipping companies can feel like an uphill battle. It’ll make having that Io figure that much better at the end though. She’s an absolute FOTY candidate imo.

All the time. My street has variations of it’s name there’s a south to it and while I live on “drive” There’s also a CT & Circle all in this Development. And anytime there’s a relief driver they deliver it to one other houses. Last time was a week ago they delivered a trunk to one of those other addresses. But that home owner brought it to us.
I am still waiting to hear back from FedEx because when I called to say they must have delivered it to the wrong house I was told someone would talk to the driver and get back to me. And I hate the fact that you can’t contact you area hub but rather a stock number. When I was a driver at UPS customers could actually contact our center directory and someone there would contact us on the spot through our Diad (the device you sign) Oh how customer service has gone down hill.

When I lived in an apartment I would have my packages sent to my parents house. Too much foot traffic for something to be sitting out all day.
That said, RSC isn't likely gonna issue a refund. You may have to work with them or file some claims with fedex to get insured from the loss but I'm willing to bet and out and out refund is off the table

The delivery person must of delivered to the wrong address or some lowlife stole my package, I called Fed Ex and told them the situation I am gonna wait to see if it comes today and possibly tomorrow, if I don't get my package I am going to contact Ringside cause I am not going to get ed over for the amount I paid for the item.

Unless it was small enough to fit in our locked mailbox, I shipped everything to my parents. At the time we were living 5 hours away, so I was like a kid on Christmas morning every time we went back to visit. I was more than happy to wait instead of risking a package going missing or stolen.

When I ordered my ps4 it got delivered through fedex and it required a signature for the package. I was never home to sign for it so I missed the delivery twice and wound up having to pick it up at their facility. What annoyed me was I paid extra to have it delivered at a time where I would be home and they still came whenever they wanted. Why even offer the option if you’re not going to honor it?

Not WWE related, but just last week I ordered Batman figures from Amazon. USPS gets it Sunday and tells me it was delivered. I don't see it anywhere. So I check my neighbors porches (not a creep, we all get the wrong packages so this is a common thing) and still. No package. Message Amazon, they told me to wait a few days and then they'll refund or replace. It came yesterday and I'm thinking it was in someone else's yard because the box was very sun-bleached

i like how fedex tells you to contact ringside for a refund as if it were rsc fault. years ago this same thing happened to me. package from rsc was marked as delivered but i never got it. i contacted both usps who said it was delivered and rsc and both said iy was marked as delivered so it was out of thier hands. nothing ever came of it. i didnt get the package so i was basically just out of the figures i ordered and the money o spent

I’ve gotten my neighbors packages a few times. I always do the right thing and go return it to them. I would hope that the favor would be returned if that ever happened to me. I hope everything works out for you.
