this would have been a perfect time for Falls Count Anywhere imagine it going outside and one of them trying to drive insuing a car chase and the match ending far away from the arena making the fall happen away from the arena

That's because that would be too creative and entertaining.
For the WWE has a strict policy when it comes to that now.... and that is never have anything be entertaining or creative for our viewers and fans!

The main event of SummerSlam was a falls-count-anywhere match. The deciding fall was in the ring, but that was the kind of match it was. Try watching the product.

I don't really see the point in that. Trying to keep realism alive 1) they would be arrested for going on a high speed chase 2) they could just leave and go to the next city never winning never loosing the match. I think falls count anywhere should happen in the arena or atleast in the outside parking lot.

It’s a Falls Count Anywhere match whether they announce it before the bell or 3 weeks prior.

That's why it is understandable if the OP didn't realize it was one.

Because people complained about them doing too many matches outside the ring already.

Sounds like a cinematic match. Not my kind of thing, but I think people would dig it.
