They could do something where he has a black shirt torso (not a tank top) and swappable arms. The arms could have different sleeves that go with alternate face paint heads (and maybe one head with no paint). I probably wouldn’t buy it anyway as I just prefer Elites, but it’s a thought.

I'd be interested. Especially if it were a catch all for multiple version throughout his career.

I think Jeff Hardy deserves an Ultimate as much as anyone else does. He’d be an easy pass for me regardless of attire but there’s plenty of options to choose from.

Ideally I'd love am Ultimate Jeff Hardy that encapsulates different points in his career since they mostly use the same buck. Issue would be tattoo accuracy for different eras like if he had a current body but a 2008 facepaint head, it wouldn't look right.
My first thought is a redo of the Entrance Greats/Elite 1 Jeff but throw in different facepaint heads, another spinner WWE title, the updated paints with the towel peg, maybe a tall ladder and usual suspects for hands.
However I'd like to see a Team Xtreme Jeff be made. It's one era we haven't seen yet (Brood RSC notwithstanding), the buck could be reused for a Matt Hardy if you swapped heads, and the articulation seems to work in his favor, especially with the addition of butterfly joints to the UE bucks.
As far as accessories are concerned, different hands (Signature pose, fists, open hands) and heads are a given, maybe a mesh shirt with sleeves similar to the E20 Christian, a short and tall ladder, and cap it off with his necklace, entrance towel, and a tag belt.
