Arn Anderson
No doubt about it. Steve Austin, Ricky Steamboat, Steven Regal, Booker T, all great talented guys that held the TV Title, but to me, that belt was perfect for Arn Anderson.
It was the working man's championship, and Arn was easily the best worker/wrestler in the Mid Atlantic/WCW area.

I’m not even joking, this is who I think of 😂 I was in the live crowd when Disco Inferno first won the TV Title from Alex Wright in SLC. I was a huge DI mark, and was overjoyed. The crowd went nuts, also. As far as my input goes, I always think of Lord Steven Regal, with Double A a close second.

Booker T endlessly defending it on WCW Saturday Night circa 1998 or so. Also by default, Stevie Ray since he had Booker's power of attorney.

I know we all dunk on Disco now because he's a fool, but a lot of people forget or weren't watching then, and forget how actually over he got at one point. Hell, I was even a big fan in the time and place.

Arn Anderson.
And it is such an awesome looking belt. I'll even go so far to say it's a beautiful title. But when it was the WCW TV title, it changed into one of the most hideous titles EVER!

Had he taken it seriously I don’t he he ever could have done anything with it. It’s to bad he didn’t go to WWE after the buyout. I really think he would have done well in the RA era.

hacksaw jim duggan, trash picker extraordinaire If it weren’t for Scott Hall being such a great TV Champ Hacksaw would have never had such a memorable Title win.

Still ticks me off how Arn's last TV Title run ended with him having to put over the Renegade at GAB 95.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan. I started watching wrestling in February 99, started watching WCW a month or so later. Seeing Booker T and Chris Benoit on the championship list rings some bells but no real memories. Did Booker T defend it against Benoit in a best of 7 series?
I Remember Scott Hall throwing the belt in the trash. Then Hacksaw digging it out and defending it on Saturday Nights.
But when Bischoff and Russo came back and deactivated all of the championships, not a word was said about the TV title. I have always thought it would be funny if Hacksaw came back with it and was all "They never took it away from me back in the day; never said anything about it". Started defending it again. (On WWE tv of course.)
