Just wanted to show my appreciation for these figures, this is my first time seeing/owning anything Kabuki related. I think he and the others in the line are sick, Stan Hansen just went up for preorder recently too.  |

Wish these werent so expensive. ditto, import fees compared to us based distributers, both still come out to around $50 a pop. |

Thanks! Just curious how they’d look mixed in but I’ll be selective and track down a couple that were never made back in the 2000s. Just ordered a Brody. Maybe I need to get a Hansen to go with him. (Don’t have the the hao one) |

Thanks! Just curious how they’d look mixed in but I’ll be selective and track down a couple that were never made back in the 2000s. Just ordered a Brody. Maybe I need to get a Hansen to go with him. (Don’t have the the hao one) never had the originals, I always saw them on eBay and Japanese auction sites so assumed they were the same size. I like them at this size though, easier to put on a shelf. |

That mutoh looks awesome. My Brody came in from Japan today. Paid more then I’d want to for others but shipped very fast. I was looking into adding misawa and jumbo (&hansen when released) but going to need big bad or someone to get them in stock and help me save some $ |

The 16d Collection figures are smaller scale-wise when compared to the older figures from the HAO Collection. Typically, HAO figures stand about 6 to 8 inches tall (depending on the Wrestler). 16d figures average about 4 to 5 inches in height. Personally, I believe the smaller scale is meant to resemble Funko Pops.  Two 16d figures with a Funko Pop.
Same type of window packaging with a large emphasis on product photography and numbering.  Despite similar packaging (and the success of Funko most likely serving as the inspiration for the resurgence of HAO Wrestling figures), I don't think there's many similarities between Funkos and 16d figures.  It's all in the details: the Giant Baba 16d figure from 2022 and the HAO Collection Giant Baba from 2008.Despite their smaller size and 14 years in difference, the 16d figures are certainly more detailed with facial sculpts. Ponysp.jp referred to the likenesses of the 16d figures as "striking", and I'd have to agree. |
