Am I the only one who's not a fan of Kevin Owens? I never found him to be interesting and lately his matches have been boring to watch. I know he's feuding with Aleister Black but I still cant help but feel like he's just there. And I also can't stand his stunner, mainly because the wrestlers don't sell it right. They never go to their knees, they just couch down. But what is everyone's thoughts on him, I know I can't be the only one who thinks this. He hasn't been relevant in years.

To me he’s had a bunch of peaks and valleys. I really enjoyed the Cena program but then went on to feud with Ryback which was a killer. Picked up steam feuding with Zayn but then his Universal title run was pretty flat to me. Feud with Jericho was great storytelling but then kind of put a bunch of stinkers out there with Styles of all people. Had a good feud with Shane/Bryan but then got hurt (not like he was doing much anyways on Raw before that).
As much as I enjoy KO when he’s killing it, there are times where his stuff just falls flat.
He was in a great position after his face turn and the potential for his feud with heel Seth, but then they just continued to bury him and Joe every week for way too long for anyone to care afterwards. By the time Mania came around I know I could care less that KO got his “revenge” on Seth. And then he was injured again.
Currently I feel like he’s in another valley. This stuff with Black clearly is going nowhere.

Kevin Owens is treading water, but none of that is his fault.
He came out of that Shane McMahon feud as one of the hottest faces in the company, and they did absolutely nothing with him after that.

I’m a big fan generally, but he’s been very unimpressive in the covid era. He’s just another guy on the roster. I know a lot of that is down to him being in and out a fair bit so he hasn’t spent much time in feuds, but even now he is in one with Black, nothing he’s doing in it seems very special. And his KO Show performances haven’t been great.
I’d like to see him go back to SmackDown and feud with Reigns for a bit (maybe TLC through Elimination Chamber). They could be great together, with Roman as the godlike supreme champion vs Owens being the everyday fat guy who looks like a fan.

I like him on the mic and I think he’s entertaining in the ring. I thought what he did with cena was gold but I didn’t care for his angle with Shane.

I like Owens a lot. But I generally prefer him as a heel. I think he should have turned instead of Black, and maybe this feud would be more exciting.
I wouldn't be mad if he went back to NXT for awhile to feud with Cole.

I agree. I think Owens is boring, much more so as a face. When he was a heel, fine, but yeah, I'm not a fan. He's basic in the ring, has no personality, and his promo skills are very basic. Now if they were to pair him with Heyman, then I can see Owens being worth a damn. He could never talk and just go in and kick ass. Heyman could have Roman on Smackdown, and then Owens on Raw. Take over both shows.

I like Owens a lot, but that’s when they let him go as a serious heel. His NXT run, his debut feud with Cena, and his Smackdown run in 2017 showed that he can be a top level heel. The problem is whenever he’s a face they try to add humor to his character and it doesn’t work for me. If they had him play a face version of the prize fighter, I think it would work better. The problem is they don’t book him like that as a face.

The only times I ever really found Kevin Owens to be interesting and entertaining was when he and Jericho were together as a heel team, and when he and Zayn were together as a heel team. Kevin on his own as a baby face has been quite boring. The way he is being booked now and for the past year, I have a hard time picturing him ever being WWE or Universal Champion again in the near future.

KO is one of few guys who has a great connection with the fans. He has always been over and gets thunderous reactions, even as a heel.
His booking in 2020 has really saddened me. His feud with Shane last year made him look like a mega star and walked out of it white hot. Now he's jobbing to Orton and crammed in a mid card feud with Black. Such a way to kill his momentum.

He’s absolutely fantastic and I’ll forever remember the amazing program he had with Cena when he got called up and his NXT run was perfect.
5 years later he’s in the Midcard and one of the many talented performers they have no idea what to do with. He should consider going elsewhere when his deal comes up because they’ve done nothing with him for a long time.

Hopefully The Fiend will revert him back to his Fight Owens Fight heel gimmick.
