What was the first wrestling show you attended?

House Show in Houston in the Summer of 1994, don't remember much from it other than Yoko vs Luger (Stretcher Match) and Diesel vs. Razor (IC Title Match).

Here are two of the shows in the summer at the Spectrum, either of these seem familiar?



WWF @ Philadelphia, PA - Spectrum - July 23, 1988 (9,115)

Televised on the PRISM Network - featured Dick Graham, Superstar Billy Graham, & Lord Alfred Hayes on commentary:

The Big Bossman pinned Sam Houston at 7:07 by catching him coming off the top and hitting a powerslam (Best of the WWF Vol. 17)

Greg Valentine pinned Don Muraco at 11:06 after hitting him in the head with the shin guard

Nikolai Volkoff & Boris Zhukov defeated Davey Boy Smith & the Dynamite Kid at 12:49 when Volkoff pinned Dynamite with a clothesline (Best of the WWF Vol. 17)

Terry Taylor defeated Scott Casey via submission with the Scorpion Deathlock at 10:12

Ted Dibiase (w/ Virgil) defeated WWF World Champion Randy Savage (w/ Miss Elizabeth) via count-out at 12:42 when the champion attacked Virgil in the aisle in return for going after Elizabeth; after the bout, Dibiase and Virgil attacked Savage in the ring and Elizabeth was shoved to the mat

The Powers of Pain defeated WWF Tag Team Champions Demolition (w/ Mr. Fuji) via count-out at 9:37 after both teams briefly fought on the floor, with the Barbarian getting back inside just before the 10-count

WWF IC Champion the Honkytonk Man (w/ Peggy Sue - Jimmy Hart in drag) pinned Brutus Beefcake (w/ Georgia - George Steele in drag) at 10:35 after hitting him with Hart's megaphone as Beefcake had the sleeper applied, while the referee was distracted by Hart and Steele in the ring; after the bout, Beefcake cleared Honky from the ring and Steele stripped Hart of his Peggy Sue attire

The Ultimate Warrior pinned Hercules at 3:22 with a powerslam and splash after destroying the commentary position and ramming Herc's head into the table several times

Ron Bass pinned Lanny Poffo at 5:36 with the pedigree

Jacques & Raymond Rougeau defeated Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart at 17:46 when Jacques, the illegal man, pinned Bret with a double axe handle from the middle turnbuckle to the back of Bret's neck as he was pinning Raymond following a piledriver

The Blue Blazer pinned Barry Horowitz with a moonsault at 9:55

WWF World Champion Randy Savage (w/ Miss Elizabeth) defeated Ted Dibiase (w/ Virgil) via disqualification at 12:41 when Virgil prevented the pinfall after the challenger hit an unprotected turnbuckle; after the bout, Savage was double-teamed

Tito Santana fought King Haku to a time-limit draw at 15:31; Santana hit the flying forearm moments after the bell rang

The Powers of Pain defeated Nikolai Volkoff & Boris Zhukov at 8:50 when Barbarian pinned Zhukov with a diving headbutt off the top following a running powerslam from Warlord

Rick Rude defeated Jake Roberts via count-out at 18:45 after pulling the snake bag with Damien inside in front of Roberts to prevent him from getting back in the ring; after the bout, Roberts hit the referee and then attacked Rude and wrapped Damien around him

The July one is ringing a bell.

House show in Nova Scotia in... 1992 or 1993. WWF came through every year until it got really big in 98 or so and I was there each time from then on.

I was all of 5 so not sure! I vividly remember the build up to the match with Elizabeth and all the works though. Made me a fan for life.

Nah, it's not in proper order. Hogan and Savage was the main event.
