Got my Charlotte. Correct order and again the figure was perfect, just like The Rock.
I'm really glad Amazon messed up and stocked Charlotte because it's an awesome figure that I probably wouldn't otherwise have ended up getting.

So I got my 3 Rocks and every head had some qc issues. I feel like the elite 69 figure had the same prob. Something with the rocks skin tone which always has black marks or scratches on the body. One torso was so loose I’m sending it back to a replacement. Idk why so many ppl are seeing Qc issues with the guy. Kind of a buzz kill.

This actually gives me a hunch as to what happened. Basically, everything in amazon is either automated or done at top speed. Nobody ever looks at anything that is shipped from the warehouse EVER. With this sticker being on the Charlotte box, it makes me think that, somewhere along the way, when Amazon acquired the ability to sell Charlotte, nobody bothered to tell the workers (or machine) responsible for labeling the product. As such, ALL the UE 6 figures got labeled with "The Rock"... which then meant that, down the line, the poor people who are boxing and shipping this stuff have no choice but to send what was very clearly labeled as "The Rock". It doesn't matter if the product is Charlotte or not, it's labeled "The Rock" and that's what they go by. There's an entire twitter thread about this where a guy who ordered a box of boxes was never able to get his boxes because every time he tried, the items he got were mislabeled. Instead of getting a box of empty boxes, he got a series of boxes, the ones he ordered, one at a time filled with other merchandise. He ordered 25 boxes and ended up with a dozen packs of granola as well as a 4 pack of Harry Potter coasters. He never got his empty boxes. That's what I fear is going to happen here too. Sure, Amazon will be more than happy to swap the figures with you. But they will NEVER actually go as far as to check what they are sending. You send the figure back? There's a good chance you just get another Charlotte. Makes sense ... got our actual Charlotte order in yesterday and ironically enough it had a few QC issues that you could see through the box front so my daughter chose to Keep “The Rock” version anyways lol so sort of a blessing in disguise and I already ordered another Rock anyways as I wasn’t going to bother w exchanging anything already spent a four weeks going through that process last month w my AEW Scale Ring that arrived smashed Will just find a new home for the extra Charlotte easy enough

Becky Lynch is still listed as Ric Flair because the system still had him in UE5. Everything Amazon does is automated and/or stuff like changing the names isn’t considered important. Brock & Shawn were listed with opposite names as well

I think they just got these Charlotte figures they weren’t expecting, and then you have people who have no clue what the difference is between wrestlers or just don’t pay attention to what they’re doing and all of a sudden there’s Rock labels on the Charlotte figures. It got sorted out eventually as seen by the Charlotte listing that went up as shipped and sold by Amazon.

I never even got a shot at the UE Rock. Was it ever explained why this series were exclusives? I don't mind though because there was nothing special about the attire unlike Triple H and Shawn (only 2 UE figures I own)

Just got mine from Amazon. It was actually The Rock, but the paint on the heads is so bad, it’s getting sent back.

Just got my rock. Thankfully it was not a Charlotte. Already have her. But the head that already comes on the body is missing black paint. Almost like he has a reseeding hairline lol. Still a great figure.

The way it should have come Honestly, it’s a near perfect figure, just a few gripes It should have came with track pants, the sideburns should have had the true FX on them like basic 100, and not a big fan of the velcro on the shirt, maybe it’s just mine but it doesn’t stick Paint apps ain’t very good but I won’t count it against the figure, love the tightness of the shirt, finally no baggy shirts, it’s one of my favorite figures

Doubled up on The Rock UE. Super dope figure and is now my 2nd favorite Ultimate behind the Cena one. Gonna order some track pants off eBay or something and put them on the displayed one.

What are supposed to be Charlottes arrived today, what is supposed to be Rock shipped just now, arriving Monday. Had to reorder Rock this week so hopefully I dodged any funny biz.

It got sorted out eventually as seen by the Charlotte listing that went up as shipped and sold by Amazon. Actually, and I've never worked at Amazon, just spent a fair amount of time listening to people complain online that do, everything at the warehouse is done via barcode. Every item, every single one, has a barcode that they scan in order to ship. So even if there were only Rock figures, somewhere along the way, a barcode would be involved. Also, you get moments at best to package an item, and if you're too slow you get in trouble. Like, the time one of those workers gets to package an item is downright disturbingly small, and that's one of the reasons that you very rarely see padding material in an amazon package. Adding padding takes time, and the packing people don't have it. There's a very specific reason that Amazon products come either wrong or damaged so much and it's all due to the manner in which the warehouses function (which is maximum output in minimum time).

Also where are the pants from?

I work at an Amazon warehouse, so I understand how easily things can get messed up. The figure boxes already have a barcode on them, so as long as it links up properly in the system there’s no reason for anything extra to be done to them like printing out a new label. So in the case of Charlotte, where we’re assuming they weren’t expecting any of her figure, the barcode on her box wouldn’t link to anything in the system. The purchase order it came into the building on was likely an order only for The Rock, so anyone not paying attention to the title of the product or not knowing a woman in a pink outfit isn’t The f*cking Rock could easily print out labels for what they think is the proper item and send them on their merry way.

Got my order in the mail today, thankfully it was actually Rock, and no QC issues that are glaring to be had.
