Mine eventually came (After Amazon credited me a refund) and while I'm happy with it overall, the neutral head doesn't seem tooled right.
Like it comes on the peg, but doesn't really "pop" on like the others, and when I move the joint it feels like it'll snap. Seeing as it was a Basic head initially, it evidently wasn't retooled to be swappable. Shame, but I do like the People's Eyebrow head most.

Received 2 from Amazon. Paint apps and accessories were well done. The only issue I had was that one on figure, the calf strap of the boot is stretched over the calf instead of sitting horizontal. Kind of annoying, but I consider myself lucky given the issues some people have seen with this figure over the last week or so.

Most of my Ultimates swap out just fine, it's just that one Rock head that doesn't seem tooled right. I might make the hole a little bigger inside so it'll pop on easier, but like I said, I have him displayed with the people's eyebrow |

Performed a few searches in this thread so apologies if I somehow missed it, but has anyone else received one that has a glossy rear logo and a flat/matte front logo? Are they supposed to be that way or did mine miss a step somehow :-\

My card has been credited so must have jumped in just before they went out of stock. Hopefully that doesn't mean getting a figure with major QC issues

Before throwing out the envelope the figure came in, I checked the bottom and the glasses were there! It looks like the box was damaged in the mail leading to the glasses falling out into the envelope. |

I got a replacement for my Rock. The second one has issues as well. Seems like this figure is just prone to qc issues. I had to mix and match the heads to make a decent Rock. Has anyone else gotten one that has a matte finish on his head and then a regular toned one? It looks so weird and cheap.

On the topic of Ultimate Edition head swapping...
I have Nakamura, Triple H and John Cena and I can tell you that none of the other heads fit as good as the one that comes on the body in the package. They always seem like they sit too high which makes me think they aren't on all the way and I am afraid to break the necks.
I put a little oil on the socket for Nakamura (the first UE figure I ever bought) and that didn't help.

One of my heads is backwards in the packaging. I’ve kept my UEs MOC but now have a good excuse to open The Great One. This is one of Mattel’s best IMO.

I just got The Rock from Amazon, and it came with the "I'm Your Papi!" soft good instead of the original one. Every figure I order off Amazon seems to come with some problem, but this one made me laugh more than mad.
