i ordered one from Amazon when they went up, mine came with 2 of the same head, so i initiated a "Return" and ordered a replacement. The replacement came in November and then it sold out and the value doubled. So instead of returning it, I just sold my extra one at the time with the double-head for $60, never would I have imagined it going this high....and honestly I'm mad at myself for pulling the trigger so soon.
RSC listing it for $100 was a STEAL.
People complaining about that are ridiculous. This is the same company that sold you the AEW Jericho chase figure for $100.
They could have charged $150 for these Rock figures and it would have been at market value. You could have still bought it from ringside and made a profit selling it if it was that important to you.

Rock is selling in the 200 range, and ringside selling for 100 is a steal, ppl just don't get it ahah

Ill never understand this debate. Like I feel like there’s two sides of this coin.
Either you wanted this figure bad enough during the 4-5 long months it was just sitting there for pre-order on amazon (with pics, so in ways thats even better than blind ordering from RSC). Or you really didnt want the figure that badly and now that its gone and the value has skyrocketed its like “I must have one and now its gone, how unfair”
Like if you were somewhere in the middle waiting for a mega sale to happen then you screwed yourself by thinking you were gonna save a potential 5 dollars and now are stuck contemplating if its worth 70$ more then MSRP.

Just wow. first off all, it obviously wasnt a "mass produced" figure. considering amazon barely had it for sale, and it sold out incredibly fast both times. it didnt get sold at department stores. it wasnt even sold by other online retailers. if there were so many of them, than there would be tons more for sale on ebay and it wouldnt be selling for over $200 its been gone for 4 months. completely unable to purchase anywhere besides personal sellers on the secondary market the prices have skyrocketed because it was such a limited figured Ringside was selling it for LESS THAN HALF the price you would have to pay anywhere else. |

Don’t sell it for $100, sell it for $200 - you shouldn’t be labeled a scalper for something like that. Scalpers are really those that sit out front of stores waiting for them to open so they can buy every single unit of hot, in-demand items simply for the purpose of turning a profit. I have a UE Rock that I’m gonna sell for market value as soon as I move at the end of this month once I finish moving - it’s currently packed up. I had every intention of opening him up in the new place but no wrestling figure I own is worth that price to me, so if I can sell it to someone willing to pay $200 then so be it. |

guys I just saw something crazy. I was at the brahama bull bookstore and I saw an ultimate edition rock on the shelf for 100 I was gonna buy it when the a guy next to me offered 120 then I offered 140 and then he offered 160 then Rock “The Dwayne” Johnson came running through the door and gave us both a rock bottom through the bookstore table.
