You guys are acting like Amazon won't fix the issue. Amazon has top notch customer service. Not in my experience. You speak to advisors all over the world and the end product is always poor.

I have never had an issue with their customer service. I never call though, I just email them and they take care of it.

I literally just got off the phone with Amazon who offered me a $30 credit because my rock was delayed toward my next purchase, and then right after I got off the phone I was charged for my rock...and that usually means it’s about ready or has been shipped, they are probably the best customer service next to target

Received my Rock yesterday from Amazon, no Charlotte error. I’m sure everyones will be sorted out quickly enough.
Definitely one of my favorites in the Ultimate Edition line so far.

Just got my UE Rock today, all 3 heads have some kind of black mark on it, the one on the figure is the least messed up. The head where he is yelling has the black paint from the hair bleeding onto his forehead. Kinda lame for my first ultimate edition to have a sloppy paint job, unfortunately seems to be the norm with Mattel. Still a great figure I guess I’ll ignore the paint defects not sure if it’s worth returning for that.

Got my Rock today from Amazon. Perfect shape & no issues. Mine also arrived in perfect shape, which was surprising given that the box was just kinda shoved into the box they shipped it in.

Received my Rock today (not Charlotte - damn, that's a really bad mistake) and it had to of been tossed around because two of the hands were just willy nilly loose in the package and moving around. I keep my UE's MOC so I chose to order another and open this one. This is an absolutely incredible figure and the poses / photos are going to be fantastic. Hope everything works out for y'all and you get what you ordered. Outstanding job by Mattel on this one.

My Rock came yesterday. Order was correct and the figure was surprisingly perfect. No paint defects or wonky joints. I was shocked. I've had a real string of bad luck lately with messy paint, random black marks, drippy glue, and loose/warped joints.
It was nice to get a perfect one for a change.
My Charlotte says it's coming tonight. I hope that order is also correct and that the figure is in perfect condition.

Got mine last week and it has a giant blotch of Black paint on her chest and then on the default head, she has a line of black paint, as if someone took a fine-point sharpie and drew it. Mine's been delayed. It's now due to arrive sometime the week of Nov. 9th.
I really hope I don't get Charlotte. I already have Charlotte, I don't need another.

This actually gives me a hunch as to what happened. Basically, everything in amazon is either automated or done at top speed. Nobody ever looks at anything that is shipped from the warehouse EVER. With this sticker being on the Charlotte box, it makes me think that, somewhere along the way, when Amazon acquired the ability to sell Charlotte, nobody bothered to tell the workers (or machine) responsible for labeling the product. As such, ALL the UE 6 figures got labeled with "The Rock"... which then meant that, down the line, the poor people who are boxing and shipping this stuff have no choice but to send what was very clearly labeled as "The Rock". It doesn't matter if the product is Charlotte or not, it's labeled "The Rock" and that's what they go by. There's an entire twitter thread about this where a guy who ordered a box of boxes was never able to get his boxes because every time he tried, the items he got were mislabeled. Instead of getting a box of empty boxes, he got a series of boxes, the ones he ordered, one at a time filled with other merchandise. He ordered 25 boxes and ended up with a dozen packs of granola as well as a 4 pack of Harry Potter coasters. He never got his empty boxes. That's what I fear is going to happen here too. Sure, Amazon will be more than happy to swap the figures with you. But they will NEVER actually go as far as to check what they are sending. You send the figure back? There's a good chance you just get another Charlotte.
