Really bummed about the missing extra head for fenix and more than likely pentagon. But still glad they gave us the open palm fists to hold accessories! Hangman's head doesn't look like him imo but everything else im happy with. Lets get on with series 3! Damn, I totally forgot about all those accessories posted originally. I know very little about the WWE figures other than my Fiend which I paid $14.99 at Walmart, but from that figure, the quality itself is really good and had interchangeable hands and the lantern. I believe the Elites retail at $20, the same price as AEW figures. The articulation on the Fiend is nowhere close to the AEW figures IMO. They really are flexible. So the tradeoff I guess is better articulation but less accessories? I guess it comes to personal preference on this one. Honestly I don't care about interchangeable hands as long as its not something like a pointed finger on the figure itself. Lack of accessories is not that big of a deal because RSC selling accessory packs and former wrestling figure collectors probably already have lots of chairs, tables, ladders, etc. AEW hasn't gotten too gimmicky with their matches so not really sure what accessories would be less redundant than the typical folding chair, etc.

Looking more closely it looks like the skin tones are still too light?

Nice detail that they had Fenix and Dustin's Accessories doing an impression of the AEW Figures on Walmart shelves

Aside from Hangman (I just don't get that face lol, but the bandana will help cover it up) these look so much better than I could have ever anticipated. Pumped!

Looking more closely it looks like the skin tones are still too light? I’d cordially disagree as it looks to me like they leaned into there UFC line for skin tones Which I actually thought was one of there stronger points as much as Unrivaled got crushed for the skin tone snafu in series 1 ... its debatable that allot of Mattel elites are a shade to dark ( too much self tanner themselves Looking at you Roman Reigns of course we don’t have these in hand yet but they appear to be pretty well done (Editor’s Note 📝 all though once in hand I could feel the need to delete this post in retrospect lol ) however as with anything subjective your mileage may vary

Anyone else dissapointed with the lack of accessories? I think they look ace but would just love to see some stuff in there with them! Kind of, but then I considered the deco budget and I'm content. I'm very certain that the majority of accessories will come from 2 packs and re-released talent in the Unrivaled Collection to give additional reason to buy another character you already have.

He's appropriately larger than the rest of series 2. Dustin is billed at 6'6". The next tallest guy to him out of the bunch is Mox at 6'4". From there, it's Page at 6' even, and the rest are under 6'. Same for Series 1 - your tallest guy in S1 is Cody at 6'1", and it's all downhill from there. EDIT: come to think of it, I think out of AEW's entire roster, the only guys taller than Dustin are Luchasaurus, Jake Hager (both 6'7"), and Lance Archer (6'8"). Wow, I didn’t know Dustin was that tall, and everyone else was THAT short. Lol. Well now it all makes sense Dustin comes from a more discerning era. I can't remember the exact metrics, but a handful of local guys in my area have podcasts nowadays, and they all came up around a school that used to be considered a pipeline to the WWF. In those days, if you didn't fit a certain minimum (say, 6'5" and 275lb), you wouldn't even get a look.

I mean, I totally get what they were going for. I just don't think it looks anything like him lol. On the plus side I'll add that the skin tones look perfect to me.

Are we sure Hangman's bandana will be able to cover his face? I'd assumed that was an alternate head when it was shown, and seeing this now, the one he has looks sculpted pretty closely to the shape of his neck.

Ooof...yeah, seeing those individual pics, it looks like a lot got scrapped from the NYTF proto stage to final product.

With the double jointed elbows I’m surprised they didn’t just go full on w Mox matching his picture to a T as far as posing presentation in the box itself .... that could’ve been there Walter like chance

I'll still get MJF, Hangman and Mox if I see them in Walmart or can get them for a good deal otherwise.
Still glad I ordered the Boss Fight Lucha Bros. over this version of them.

They probably couldn't get pictures of Pentagon because even they can't find them
