MCW Action #8 - Full Show Results & Spoilers - Nov. 19, 2020
(Sorry for the delay yet again, meant to post it last Friday morning but work has been killing me lately. At least we are done with 12 hour days for the time being!)
- Mustafa Ali (5-2) defeated Chad Gable (3-3) by reversing an ankle lock into a roll-up.
- Becky Lynch (2-0) proved to Mike Bennett (0-3) that "The Man" deserves to take on the men, earning a submission victory.
- Finn Balor challenged Gran Metalik to a rematch for the Pride of the Class Championship at MCW Kingdom.
- Ariya Daivari (3-3) defeated Samoa Joe (0-3) via countout after the Samoan Submission Machine speared Erick Rowan through a table on the outside.
- Gran Metalik (7-0) and Shinsuke Nakamura (3-1) defeated The Young Bucks Matt & Nick Jackson (0-1) of All-Elite Wrestling. After the match, the Sky Pirates Io Shirai and [Kairi Sane[/b] saved El Campeon and the Rockstar from an attack by The Alpha Club.
- Next week's MCW Action! will be a special "Best of" episode. We'll have highlights all week on the MasterClass Twitter page.
Monday News Round-up
- As reported last week, Keith Lee has signed with MasterClass Wrestling and will make his in-ring debut at MCW Kingdom.
- Another match has officially been announced for the next iPPV as Becky Lynch meets Ruby Riott in singles action with the winner receiving the top seed in next year's Women's World Championship Tournament.
- With his victory on last week's Action, Ariya Daivari has cracked the Top Six rankings.

Sweet show! Be cool to see Keith Lee in MCW. I like the addition of the Women's World Title, i'd like to see a cruiserweight title in the future.
Liking Metalik's unbeaten record so far! Looking forward to seeing Kingdom and the best of episode.
Be really fun to see a monster feud between Samoa Joe + Rowan! Great show, look forward to seeing more!

Best of MCW Action! - Full Show Results & Spoilers - Nov. 26, 2020
- In the first ever "Best Of" episode of MCW Action!, we featured three of the best matches so far this season on Thanksgiving night: Cedric Alexander vs. Adam Cole (MCW Action #1), Tyler Bate vs. Bryan Danielson (MCW Action #5), and Finn Balor vs. Gran Metalik for the Pride of the Class Championship (MCW Premier).
- In an interview with Charly Caruso, MasterClass Medallion holder Cedric Alexander laid out a challenge to Erick Rowan of the Triple Rock for next week's Action.
- Aiden English revealed to the Undisputed Era that next week, Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong will battle for their MCW contracts against Drew Gulak and a partner of his choice.
- Tyler Bate challenged Pete Dunne to settle their differences at MCW Kingdom.
- Chris Jericho challenged Shinsuke Nakamura and the Sky Pirates Kairi Sane and Io Shirai to a Trios match at Kingdom against himself and the Young Bucks Matt & Nick Jackson, a match that has since been confirmed by MCW officials.

Alright, so I got shipping notification for my AEW Unrivaled Series #2 order from RSC, which means I'll have a full roster for MCWxAEW next month! With that said, I made an official "announcement" on the start of season two of MCW Action! over on Twitter.
Long and short of it is this:

MCW Action! Episode #9 - Full Show Results & Spoilers - Dec. 3, 2020
- MasterClass officials dedicated the night's episode to the memory of Pat Patterson.
- Ruby Riott (2-0) made short work of Brian Myers (0-2), earning a pinfall victory after the Riott Kick.
- Finn Balor (5-2) laid a devastating beatdown on Lince Dorado (0-1) in order to get Gran Metalik to accept a match at MCW Kingdom.
- Bobby Fish (1-0) and Roderick Strong of the Undisputed Era defeated Drew Gulak (0-6) and surprise partner Tracy Williams (0-1) in a battle to secure full-time MasterClass contracts.
- Metalik accepted Balor's challenge for the Pride of the Class Championship officially, saying there would be no rematch. Andrade Cien Almas criticized Metalik for not doing more to help his friend.
- Cedric Alexander (3-3) def. Erick Rowan (1-2) with a frog splash. After the match, Alexander offered up a chance at his MasterClass Medallion at Kingdom to Ariya Daivari.
- Backstage, Gran Metalik was laid out by a mystery assailant!
News & Notes - Friday, Dec. 4, 2020
- Drew Gulak and Tracy Williams will remain contracted to MCW as freelancers for the remainder of the season.

Love the roster, especially with the addition Ruby Riott a few weeks ago.

Monday Morning News & Notes - Dec. 14, 2020 - Hot off the heels of MCW Kingdom and the invasion from All-Elite Wrestling, MasterClass officials can now confirm the first two matches from MCWxAEW Collision next month: an AEW World Championship bout pitting defending champion Kenny Omega against the top-ranked singles star in MCW, Mustafa Ali. Meanwhile, Gran Metalik has put up his own Pride of the Class Championship in order to get his hands on AEW Executive Vice President and saboteur of last night's main event, Cody Rhodes. - The final MCW Season 1 yearbook has been released. Wow! Kingdom was fantastic. I loved the monsters ball! Your roster is stacked and I love it! I like the inclusion of AEW, gives me current IMPACT vibes. Cool ending to Kingdom with the Elite. You make everything look so realistic, the releases for example and the announcements! Neat match between Dunne and Bate's. People should use them more in pic feds. To give it even more of a realistic look, I think it would be cool if you some sort of a pre show. With a dark match maybe.
I'm liking the women's division so far! I'd like to see some more additions, perhaps the likes of Nikki Cross and the rest of the Riot Squad! Shame about Gulak being released, I wanted to see Catch Point in MCW. They would have suited MCW!
The yearbook is a sweet idea. You could do one about all the events and episodes of ACTION!
Class event! MCW is such a cool concept! I like the fact that it's a hybrid of picture/text! A big favourite of mine. I look forward to seeing what you in store for MCW soon!

Offeseason News & Notes - Week of Friday, Dec. 18 Saturday morning wrestling will return in 2021! With the expansion of the MasterClass Wrestling roster heading into season two, MCW officials have announced the addition of a new, review-based program on Saturday mornings, The Plug on MCW. Each week, The Plug will recap the events of the previous Thursday night’s episode of MCW Action! along with additional matches featuring the athletes of MasterClass and a wide variety of freelance competitors. Additionally, each episode of The Plug will announce the main event for the following episode of Action!. Fans can also expect announcements for upcoming major event cards, exclusive interviews with the stars of MCW, and much, much more. Additionally, MCW Event Center preceding iPPV events will now be special episodes of The Plug, beginning with The Plug on MCWxAEW Collision on Satuday, January 16. The Plug on MCW will debut officially in its 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT time slot on Saturday, January 23.  - The first two matches have been announced for MCWxAEW Collision with a pair of championships on the line. AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will defend his championship against MCW star Mustafa Ali, while Gran Metalik will defend his Pride of the Class Championship against AEW Executive Vice President Cody Rhodes. - Unsurprisingly, the first two competitors announced for the World Class Tournament to determine the first-ever MCW Women's World Champion are the first two women signed to MCW, with "The Man" Becky Lynch taking the top seed while Ruby Riott slots into the second seed.

Weekly News Round-Up - January 20, 2021
- MCWxAEW Collision debuted live on Twitter and iPPV last Saturday to much fanfare, with results being rebroadcast on the MasterClass Wrestling Instagram account throughout the week. Follow to stay up-to-date on all things MCW!
- After being spotted at ringside during Collision, Buddy Murphy has officially signed a full-time deal with MCW. He will debut on MCW Action! Episode #12 on Thursday, Jan. 28.
- Following the events at the close of Collision, Cedric Alexander will cash in his MasterClass Medallion for a Pride of the Class Championship match against El Campeon himself, Gran Metalik.
- Another bout booked in the fallout from Collision, MasterClass officials have agreed to terms on a freelance deal with All-Elite Wrestling's MJF, who will defend the honor of his trainer Brian Myers (as well as his own swollen ego) against the Limitless Keith Lee this week on Action!
- The 2021 World Class Tournament will kick off in earnest as top-seed Becky Lynch takes on the debuting #8 seed Dakota Kai in singles action this Thursday.
- MCW Action! Episode #11 opens up season two of MasterClass Wrestling this Thursday, Jan. 21 at 8 p.m. ET.
