Can't believe nobody has suggested Ted Arcidi vs Mario Mancini yet. What happened, did everyone get Greg Valentine and realise that boring 80s guys aren't actually that exciting?

A lot of great suggestions in this thread.
I'd love anything Legends themed, but unless it's Hogan and Savage as the Mega Powers, I'd bet it will be two current stars (maybe a McIntyre and Orton, something that can be straight repaints like the AJ-Finn pack).
If I could pick anything, it'd be something from around '88 to '92, either WCW or WWF.

My favorite thing about try hard posts like this is they've warped their own edgy argument into pretending like two job guys are the same as a guy who was IC Champion, was in one of the most well remembered feuds that title has ever had and who was regularly featured on WWF TV through the first half of 1990. Glad Proboards added a block feature a few years ago.

Other than Pat Patterson being the first champion, WWE (and wrestling folklore) celebrates pretty much nothing in the IC title’s history prior to WrestleMania 3. The Hammer - either due to his blandness and lack of marketability, or just due to working for other companies in the nineties - has never been promoted as a big part of WWE history. And I’m finding it refreshing that people aren’t making suggestions along the lines of Greg for the next elite double pack.

Many people here want a rhythm and blues Greg valentine which wouldn't really make sense as a single card release.

Plus it’s an easy way of re releasing RSC Exclusive Kane for everyone else unlucky not to have him. Add the arm bandage, get rid of the **** stupid Kane logo off the glove (wtf Bill?) and boom it’s different enough to shut up those who have the original and will no doubt moan.

I'd kill for a Dudleys (circa 2000 or 2001) 2 pack, complete with a couple of tables.

Austin and angle, guitar, hats... “I got Olympic gold” Yeah after the Milk-O-Mania set bombed, I don’t see this likely.
