They were 2 additions to the roster that could have made a impact but for whatever reason they failed so im asking who do you guys think had it worse.
For me it would most definitely be Sanity since I counted 7 tv matches after there debut within the year, there was hype behind them to begin with but it slowly drizzled away and WWE treated them as just another team on the roster.
ECIII Came in with potential but according to rumors Vince gave up on him after being booed against Ambrose which was not ECIII'S fault the fans caught on they were trying to bury Ambrose on his way out, while he did have more tv time than Sanity he didn't amount to much

Sanity, if you look at how great Eric Young has been in Impact recently.
EC3's name and gimmick is a direct reference to TNA, so he really wasnt going to go anywhere with that.

If you believe the sheets, Vince never understood what SAnitY was supposed to be and called them up anyway, incomplete without Kross. Regardless of whatever TNA/Impact stank he had, EC3 only caught sh*t when he found himself the innocent bystander to Ambrose's burial.

I enjoyed NXT Sanity but I honestly couldn’t picture them making much of a splash on the main roster. Partly because I don’t think the gimmick had a lot of legs but a big part due to the main roster’s inability to book most stables and tag teams correctly.
EC3 at minimum was a solid enough hand and talented talker where he could’ve been a perennial midcard title guy that occasionally floated into lower level main events (like when they throw the cusp guys in a Chamber match). Honestly, while Miz was on Smackdown, they could’ve had EC3 on RAW in a similar role for that brand. EC3 was weird to me because he felt like one of the guys they should’ve rushed through NXT and brought to main roster, if an NXT stop was even necessary at all. As much as I loved him in TNA, he didn’t really fit in NXT, was an afterthought. As he started to find a role, they did the random batch of call ups that didn’t really get used and then all the Ambrose junk. Not sure how they expected fans to cheer him over Ambrose when his greatest strength was talking and that was the one thing they didn’t let him do...

There’s been others used way worse. Never really got Sanity, but they had a cool entrance. EC3 was just coasting off his tna gimmick and brought nothing new to the character. He was also overshadowed by a ton of better wrestlers

EC3. Aside from the Ambrose debacle, the match with Harper that basically caused Vince to scrap Harper plans altogether couldn’t have possibly helped.
Sanity got it pretty bad too, but their issue is that they were just never used. EC3 was more a victim of Vince paying attention at the worst possible time.

Everyone in Sanity, besides Young, ended up being used better once Sanity broke up. EC3 was literally just his TNA gimmick which made zero sense for anyone not familiar with his TNA run. Had he dropped the gimmick he could have done something more.
My answer is Eric Young though.

Sanity should've had similar booking to Retribution. Causing havoc on both shows and invading during matches. They had promise and could've been a dominant force in the company.
Seperaing them from Nikki Cross and putting them on Smackdown did them so favours whatsoever. I still have nightmares of The Miz beating them in a handicap match.

EC3. He had an short stint in WWE before he was known as EC3 if I'm not mistaken. He got released from WWE the first time around, went to Impact, got over, left Impact to WWE, they drop the ball with him. He gets released from WWE again and winds back up at Impact. Funny business

EC3 by a long shot. Stables don't last forever these days, EY has been around forever and I think the WWE machine really see him as a hand in training younger guys. Wolfe never impressed me either. Dain I could see in NXT UK and Cross is doing her own thing now, I don't feel like I needed to see more of sanity. They entertained me for a while but I didn't expect more from them.
EC3 was a made star all they had to do was put him on TV in a serious role and he would have gotten over. I often wonder if his verbal bashing of Titus O'Neil had anything to do with him not climbing the ladder in the main shows. (said Titus was an unsafe worker and the reason behind his concussions when he was in NXT as Derek Bateman) we hear Titus is pals with Vince, how much pull does he have?

Personally, I’ve never seen anything in EC3 that made me say wow, cool or even pay close attention.
EY and Sanity got dealt a bad hand. Guys like EY flourish in a place like NXT and should probably never leave.

EC3
Guy had so much potential and didn't get used for anything important. 1 win over Dean Ambrose in the main roster... big whoop. WWE didnt even explain what EC3 means. It was another way for WWE to bury "Impact".
At least Sanity had a good run in NXT before Vince came along.

EC3. Lad should have at least been a mid card star with lots of mic time and championship reigns on both brands.
Sanity was bobbins from the beginning, and I don't know how anyone could have expected them to suddenly become good on the main roster. They got what we all expected.

EC3 should have been the one to dethrone Adam Cole for the NXT Title eventually. He could have been the big baby face star of NXT. Why he got called up when he did, I will never understand.

EC3. Sure Sanity was a disaster on the main roster, but EC3 never really done anything on the main roster or NXT. He was wasted from the word go.

I loved Sanity in NXT but did EC3 even really get a chance? He had 2 TakeOver matches I believe and never a serious angle. Then, he was called up and never really performed. I think EC3 could have been a really big star is used correctly. Sanity totally crumbled when moved up but at least they enjoyed some success before going to SmackDown.

The Revival should of been on the list, even in AEW they have been misused. But, between the two, ill go with EC3. At least Sanity got to shine a bit in NXT. EC3's run was almost as forgettable as Derrick Batemans.
