Why have these q and a sessions if there are no real answers.
To me its a complete waste of everybody's time involved, members of the forum and Mattel.

Because people ask the same questions or types of questions they should know better by now aren’t gonna be answered. The best responses were when they asked what figures already done would they like true fx or interchangeable parts on. Everything thing else is literally “it is possible/more than likely/not likely” and rarely but sometimes no.

Doesn't matter if it's on the forums, at SDCC, or Ringside Fest. It's always, "Can we get this and that" "When can we see this person or that person" "Why haven't you made said person" "Will you please make x" "Why don't we have x yet and why is it taking so long" You know? Every wrestling figure collector should automatically know that unless you're new to collecting and don't know this yet, so that's understandable.

Who is on board buying new ultimates for figures that have already have elites of? Does it feel like the elite was a waste of money?

Yeah, but you gotta take into consideration that you should expect to get the same answer every time. Even if a certain talent does becomes available, Bill, Steve, or anyone else from Mattel wouldn't even tell you because they'd want to surprise people with a certain talent, usually during a big reveal or at a big event.

This is accurate. I’m totally aware there are types of collectors who want to hear about some insights, thought process, etc and there are others who simply want to know “Are you making (insert talent here)?” and that’s totally fine. The reality is we’re not going to make those announcements in a q&a immediately following a bunch of reveals. They’d happen as an actual reveal. Aside from licensor and Mattel team approvals, one of the reason we give answers like “ it’s possible” is because that is the legitimate answer. I wouldn’t want to say no and lead you to believe it’s completely ruled it out and I won’t say yes unless it’s close to 100% locked and at that point it’ll have an official reveal and announcement.

Whoever the person/people are picking the questions should stay away from a lot of these kind of questions in the future. Granted I’m sure the vast majority of the questions are like this, but it does kind of suck to see such a long Q&A result in the same answers over and over. Not the fault of you guys of course, you gotta answer what’s asked, but this one particularly I found to be a hard watch.
