When the Raw after Wrestlemania 2021 comes around, who dont you want WWE to call up from NXT?

Personally I don’t want to see anyone get “called up”. Either they take the guys and gals who are intricate to the NXT brand and do nothing with them, or they take folks who aren’t doing much in NXT and they’re essentially used the same way.
I’d rather they start looking at NXT like a third brand instead of getting “called up”, include them in the draft and start moving pieces around to keep things fresh. I.e. try out Undisputed Era on Raw or Smackdown, send Owens to NXT for a year, etc... Most of these guys who were from NXT would rather go back it seems anyways. Balor went back, Moon went back, Owens asked to go back, Black asked to go back, I’m sure Ricochet would go back.

Definitely need people to be recalled to NXT. Since the brand is suffering from the biggest lack of star power it's ever had given the current climate. And their TV might also be the worst it has been. Finn, Breezango and Ripley should be brought back to RAW or SD when the time is right but everyone else should stay for now.

I think NXT should be left alone, theyre not doing great against AEW it doesn't make sense to take any of their star power for raw or smack down. No unless superstars will go to NXT in place. But imo that should have been done at the draft.

I feel like being 'Called Up' has lost its magic over recent years.
I used to be so excited to see who'd be called up after every WrestleMania, now it's just meh.
I wouldn't care if there were no 'call ups' next year. Just include NXT in the next Draft, but treat them like a brand worth going to, not hoping to leave for the 'big time'.
As for someone I don't want to see 'called up', that'd be Tommaso Ciampa. I think he'd do fine on Raw or Smackdown, but he's one of, if not THE guy I never want to leave NXT.
He should be NXT's Veteran, Gatekeeper, and that one name that you can always associate with NXT.

The days of guys getting called up should be in the past. Let NXT have it's own stars who are permanent fixtures on the brand.

Ciampa. I don’t see anything decent for him on the real shows, and he’s said he doesn’t want to be called up anyway.
Finn Balor, he works much better at NXT level. He just can’t hang with the top guys on the mic and always comes off so awkward.
I’m on the fence about Undisputed Era. They pretty much are the personification of vanilla midgets, and trying to get four of them over at the same time is a huge task. Adam Cole in particular looks tiny even next to Daniel Bryan. But on the other hand, they’re very good and they’ve done it all on NXT apart from a babyface run, which they’re on now. They have earned a shot at the big time.
Pete Dunne, similar. I’m a huge fan of his, but he’s tiny, he dresses like an idiot, he can’t talk, and his face is hilarious. On the main roster, he’d be best used as a little comedy jobber who snarls and gurns a lot when R-Truth escapes from him. I think he can contribute way more at developmental/indie level than he could as a full on superstar.
Shotzi Blackheart. I’m just not a fan and don’t want to see her on the shows I watch.

I feel as if this is incredibly reliant on which overall direction they are intending. if they're planning on staying the same route in terms of the content the main rosters are featuring, I'd argue no one except that pat mcafee guy.
what would I like to see? the main roster adopt more of the nxt uk and nxt's in ring stylings and less corny gimmicks overall. try a serious product approach. it's worked in the past for others.

NXT is fine right with who they have right now, they are close to AEW in ratings anyway and that's just going to be the way it is for a while. They shouldn't call anyone up when there isn't a live audience anyway. It has no impact to have someone being a "surprise" arrival if there isn't a live crowd to react to it.
