really strange decision to have all those guys just come out to their music, stand in the ring and then nothing.

I think Taker can get some closure the moment he gets inducted into the Hall of Fame. Hopefully by then, things can improve and he can get the goodbye that his character deserves.

Seemed like a waste of time tbh. Maybe set the bar too high but nothing happened. Bye, I guess.
Deserved more, but maybe the fact nothing happened, for once, is the respectful send off they wanted.

The Undertaker has been the one constant in WWE since I started watching in summer of 1997, he was WWE Champion at the time.
There will never be another.
Thank you Taker!!!

IMO this was the worst PPV of the covid-era. The battle royal was stupid time filler. mens SS match was a sloppy mess.... just not a good show
street profits/new day was the best match of the card in terms of entertainment. drew & roman was great, but wasnt enough to really bring the show up
and the undertaker thing while cool somewhat was really weird, and like 15 minutes of nothing, plus fake crowd noise. just took me out of "the moment"
im really sick of brand warfare, its completely run its course. give me an old school survivor series next year with brand specific survivor matches and a couple of world title matches. enough of this RAW vs Smackdown stuff, its played out and boring.

Agreed 100% on the last point. Raw vs Smackdown brings no intrigue what so ever. They need to look back to Survivor Series 2003 and 2004 where they had in-brand survivor series matches. The Team Austin vs Team Bischoff match is arguably the best survivor series match we’ve gotten since the original brand split.

I hereby demand that every decision declared for Team Raw gets thrown out and the matches be redone. The victories Smackdown had tonight were all fair and legitimate, and therefore proves the Raw side stole their contests. The WWE Universe deserves to know which brand rightfully won.
Apart from that, I'm surprised Retribution didn't beat down Taker for the rub.

For the 3rd Time (2017, 2018, & 2020) Vince McMahon made the WWE Championship look like shit. The World Champion vs. Champion match did nothing for Drew McIntyre who is your WWE Champion. The Match was good but it didn't need the ery at the end. Roman Reigns is an established main event star, Vince should have booked Drew to go over in the match. Drew McIntyre main evented one pay per view as WWE Champion last month at Hell in a Cell.

Shows over, and it was pretty good actually... really good even. I really wouldn’t change much. Main takeaways
The Raw men’s team really did work well together. I’m not a fan of Riddle or Lee, but they looked great out there. I’m looking forward to how Seth explains his actions.
What they’re doing with Lana is starting to work. It’s not there yet, but it’s slowly starting to work.
Roman/Drew was really good. I would say it’s a match of the year candidate. I’m glad Miz didn’t come down. It was funny, when Roman was looking annoyed that Drew kept kicking out, his face almost said ‘so this is why everyone hated me. I can see that this is really irritating’.
Literally the only thing I’d change is the Undertaker’s farewell. I don’t know what most people think, but I thought it was awful. It was far too drawn out, and came across as silly.
Taker’s career got another 15 years out of all of those entrances. Jeff Hardy seemed like a random choice, and nobody did anything. They walked out to the ring one by one... and stood there. It was boring as hell.
Vince looks 99, but his hair looks 36? Nothing makes me feel older than seeing Vince these days. I’m not sure why.
Nice try with the electric FX, and the synth music, but it made an already painful experience even more cheesy.
Did Taker mean to say that it’s time for him to ‘Rest in Piss’? It really sounded like that’s what he said. They had to do something for him, he deserved to be honored, but I really did not enjoy that.
Other than that, great show.

Drew is allegedly the "face" Reigns is allegedly the "heel". But nah, we still need Reigns to be booked strong. Roman is being booked strong for who, he could have taken an L and made to look strong at the same damn time. Because Roman's "heel turn" is a sham. The plan was never to push him down the card like every other heel in the company and make him look like a chickensh*t, or even change that much about him. They took advantage of empty crowds to give him an edge to placate a large percentage of his detractors. He'll eventually switch back to beating on heels again, and the audience will be expected to eat his sh*t up then. They get to keep their precious company face without hardly lifting a finger.
