I would like to put another knee brace and have it stare down my Brock Lesnar. I always want them to face off

At the risk of sounding negative, my honest opinion is that this is yet another superstar that did not need an Ultimate Edition figure (or another figure in black trunks / black boots for the 1500th time). I get why he was chosen (i.e. super popular, an anchor figure, will sell, etc. and all that) but for all the potential that a line like Ultimate Edition has and with only 2 superstars per series, to use (read: waste) a selection on such a simple figure that has not only had a million elites already, but rarely changed his look in the first place, is just a huge disappointment to me. No reason why this couldn’t and shouldn’t have been an elite.
In my opinion, the best use of Ultimate Edition is to produce figures that would exceed the budget if they were included in the Elite line. Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Shinsuke, Triple H, and now Austin are just completely unworthy of the line in my opinion. Or let me say it differently - there are countless other superstars under contract to Mattel that would’ve capitalized on this line so much more. The choices to include Macho Man, Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and The Fiend were great choices of stars that had multiple accessories/complex attires that best encompasses the series. But Austin, not so much. My opinion.

I'd love to have a Steve Austin figure with a torso that actually looks like Austin's torso. Austin had a square, boxy torso, not a nicely tapered waist. Unfortunately, Mattel seems married to those narrow waisted crotch pieces for guys like Austin that make a wider midsection impossible. And give him bigger legs.

Why no butterfly joints? The stunner would look better.

I'd rather have an Austin with better articulation and face scans.

Why no butterfly joints? The stunner would look better. He does have butterfly joints. It doesn't come out clear in the protos.

I feel like the pointing figure is Mattel trolling us since they can't add middle finger hand molds lol
I love the head scans but I hope it comes with something more than just a vest. This is the same vest that came with Legends 1. So people who have that figure might not want this figure. Im also interested to see if they use Cody thighs or the same Stone Cold ones.

I got the RSC Exclusive, HoF, DM, and Epic Moments. I'm good for Austin. Unless it comes with accessories or belts I dont have.

Might get a bunch and convert all my Austin elites into ultimates. The ones in ring gear at least, just have to switch accessories and chose which head I want
The only Ultimate I’ve hated is Shinsuke because he nearly killed the line, and the Amazon Warrior because I’m not too thrilled about another WM6 figure

He’s needed bigger legs since day one.
But. Ya know. spread sheets.

I'm pretty excited for this Stone Cold. This will (without a doubt) be the standard for Stone Cold moving forward.

But Austin, not so much. My opinion. If you were to choose the next 3 legends in this line who would you choose/ what year/attire and why? Love your stuff man Thanks man, that’s very kind of you to say. I will say that I love the ‘92 Macho Man that we saw previewed earlier this year so that’s a solid choice. If I had my druthers, I’d have done an Ultimate Edition of Royal Rumble ‘91 Macho King earlier in the line (Series 2 or 3) since Savage went through 2 iconic looks within an hour at that event (cowboy hat & glasses, bandanna and scepter). The Royal Rumble Elite was good enough but that attire and event was begging for the UE treatment and a complete missed opportunity by MattelDesignTeamFor the next one, you have to go Hulk Rules or Python Power Hulk Hogan. Yes, it could be done as an Elite (just like nWo Hollywood) but UE would allow for some extra accesories that would make for a sweet package. If doing Python Power for example, I’d include the Python Power bandanna, Python Power shirt, Winged Eagle belt, USA flag, and the blue/white star bandanna Hogan wore at WrestleMania VII. Or for Hulk Rules, I’d do Hulk Rules bandanna, Hulk Rules shirt, a few different headsculpts and also the HULK most muscular pose shirt (think Hogan’s second WWF Hasbro). This is unlikely (same with my idea for Python Power) though just because Mattel likes to spread out their attires and, in each of my examples, they could probably get 2-3 figures out of each rather than combine into one package. It is a business so I get that, but hey, we’re talking about what I would like to see... And last, either 1995 Shawn Michaels (with chaps, vest, HAT!, knee pads, hair up head sculpt, hair down head sculpt, and IC belt) - maybe Royal Rumble ‘95, KOTR 95, or Survivor Series 95?). So many other choices though. To name a few there’s ‘95 Double J, provided he gets put on a deal, or ‘96 Jerry Lawler with crown, jacket, headset, microphone, multiple headsculpts to reflect his numerous awful haircuts between ‘95 and ‘96, ‘95 Rumble yellow tights Razor Ramon with multiple vests, also numerous headsculpts, IC belt, I’ll stop there but I could go on.

A jeans cloth short and a shirt is needed to have a promo look with purple strap title. Otherwise it is just a plain figure with multiple heads.

I really like all of your choices for Ultimate line. That RR91 Savage was a huge want of mine, it's probably my all-time favorite attire of his. I was glad we got the Royal Rumble elite but, I think an Ultimate Edition figure would have been best, they could have included the hat, bandana (correct color), (correct) glasses, jacket, and scepter - even though he didn't have it at the event, they could have even added the crown. Also, I really like your Hogan choices, I like the python power/WM7 option. Having the python power shirt with the python power bandana and the blue/white stars bandana he wore at WM7 would be good. For his hands, have the gripping hands, punching hands, and ear cupping hands. And 1995 era HBK would be cool too, personally, I like his In Your House attire (gold and white) he wore vs. Jeff Jarrett for the IC title. New head sculpt with beard, hat, glasses, ring jacket, chaps, and the white-strapped IC title would be great. Lot of options.
