Help. I've only swapped head before. I'm trying to put brand new elite legs on an 2010 torso. I keep popping the thighs from the upper piece that connects to the center crotch piece. How do I get the entire leg out?

Which figure are you trying to move the legs from? Certain figures use ratchet joints which requires you to cut the upper thigh piece open while others use smooth ball joints which should allow you to heat and pop the upper thighs off.
