You'd think they would over staff for this...but no, they run sale after sale after sale and get backed up...meanwhile when you pay for extra for faster shipping they sit and make you wait for 7+ days before they ship your items First sign a company comes along that gets figures the same time or even within a week or two, Im outtie Just to play devils advocate, it’s possible they are under staffed, via the pandemic. My studio I work at is, and it’s because we are state mandated to have under a certain amount of people in our building. We’d like to be back to full staff, but the state won’t allow us to. Pandemic or not, this is still probably their busiest time of the year. I’m sure the sales are increasing their traffic, but I’d bet the random mom who doesn’t know any better was ordering during the sales. I get where you are coming from with the shipping. If you pay for faster shipping, those should be priority. But I believe I saw a post that said if you ordered as of a few days ago, you would receive by Christmas. If this only happen this year Id understand... What bothers me about them, and it happens more often than not, is when I purchase something and do a standard shipping the handling time is day-2 days and the shipping ends up 3-4 days so I get it in roughly a week. Yet when I need/want something just a little quicker so I pay for a faster shipping, the handling time somehow always (pandemic or not, this has been happening for years)goes to 3-5 days and then 2 day shipping and I still get it within a week. On top of that NY has a buffoon running their city/state so there's a very good chance it gets locked down with a snap of a finger and we're all screwed. |

It’s like our Governor waits to see what NY does, then we follow along. Hang in there, hopefully everything with the shipments gets sorted out soon. |
