Lister must have been wearing 5 inch lifts on those boots to be looking down on hogan. It’s no wonder he couldn’t move around well He is 6 foot 5 if I recall, so I assume ya he most likely did at least in the movie (or was just shot that way)

You know what would be my choice if we didnt get the Ultimate Challenge? Savage/Hogan 2 with Mach getting his revenge from a year prior with him becoming a 2 time champ right there in Skydome after hitting em with the flying elbow in a clean win! OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH That would be awesome but they would need to keep him strong going forward and not get pinned by Hulk for it to work at Wrestlemania 6. Zeus may have also overshadowed (I don't mean his in ring work lol) the Macho King as the big bad heel.

Zeus was in a Matlock episode in late 1989 so the character should have been already exposed. Now maybe Matlock fans weren't watching WWF and this was pre-internet but it showed that the guy was just an actor and not this crazed guy who wanted to kill Hulk Hogan. The two part episode he was a part of was just days before Survivor Series and he actually had a part in a first season episode like three years earlier. A Zeus feud could have worked but I can't see it going from Summerslam to Wrestlemania especially if Hogan had technically won. I think the best way it could be done is Survivor Series to Wrestlemania but the WM VI we got is probably great enough. An actor really didn't deserve the main event.

He made the tough big screen action stars look tiny and I loved that about him. ..The Thor guy ain’t big enough to be the Hulkster

And, all of the guys in Hollywood are really short. So the guys they get to play the other wrestlers just need to be 3 inches shorter than their height. It could work.

as for wm6, i see hogan vs an undefeated still mr.perfect. he's the only real viable challenger unless they had rick rude go after hulk. but they'd have to push hard how perfect has never lost as its just not a wm main event worthy match imo. earthquake was still being built up yet. warrior would prob defend against bravo or rude again. maybe barbarian gets a big push and challenges him. me personally, if no hulk/warrior, id like to have seen rhodes do heel turn and maybe get pissed at vince for the polka dot thing and say how he was trying to keep the former nwa/wcw champion down and how he came here to be champion and beat hulk hogan and show the world who the real wrestling champions are (nwa/wcw). I liked Warrior as a kid, but had I been an adult back then I probably wouldn't be a fan and would have not been happy with the WM 6 main event. Being that Warrior wasn't drawing as champion he should have lost the title to Rude at Summerslam and they could have built to Rude vs Hogan at WM 7. Wouldn't that be better than Hogan vs Slaugter(and I like Sarge).

Wasn't Dibase vs Roberts a letdown match? The ending yes, but the match itself wasn’t bad.

Wasn't Dibase vs Roberts a letdown match? The promo by Jake was epic, perhaps his best so makes up for the match.

View AttachmentI built up Perfect this way as the guy who cost the Hulk a match with the Genius, broke his belt, cost him the title, beat him at the Rumble to give it enough time. I think they didn't originally give that feud enough time because it started so late on TV, Vince was still milking the movie as much as he could, and Perfect just needed more things to do. They did sellout twice though but in 1990. Interesting idea with Dusty, not sure if Dusty would've accepted becoming a heel. Hulk would have to drop the title no matter what since he was on his way out for movies and his wife was pregnant again. So unless Hulk drops it at a house show after WM, I could see Dusty and Hulk.
