Upcoming Figure News (Legends 12-15 Discussion)

I hope Faarooq and Bradshaw are Acolytes with the chest symbols. They can toss in APA shirts for good measure. I'm not positive about this but I think that the only figure ever released of the Acolytes in tights was Bradsaw in a Ringside Rivals 2-pack with Test. There was never a matching Faarooq, and that figure didn't even have the chest symbols. It was like the LJN Ax without a Smash and Warlord without a Barbarian debacle that didn't happen again until Mattel decided to release several tag team singles guys (or girls, Alexa with the single belt tag would qualify) without a matching partner.

Acolytes elites are huge wants for me. E38 APA figures both sucked. We need them in tights with the symbols on the chest.

Not disagreeing with you, because they weren’t that great, but it’s really lose lose when it comes to what comes out. People have been talking about Powers of Pain for the last 5+ years. We get Warlord and everybody starts about it’s pointless without Barbarian. I mean who’s to say you ain’t gonna get Barbarian? Warlord wasn’t gonna happen just as barbarian wasn’t happening this time last year, I expect a Barbarian soon, Warlord is made and done, so now we don’t have to worry about not getting in, just a step in the right direction. Same with the British Bulldogs, everybody wanted them, we get Davey Boy and everybody claims it’s pointless without Dynamite Kid, we seen a mock up from another company and instead of people getting excited , it’s “ahh, it won’t happen, their gonna get a lawsuit.”

I definitely wouldn't be opposed to one of those Target quarterly waves being an NXT wave just to slam some more figures through. I'm not sure they could support a full line again, but I think you could do a lot worse than a wave with another Kross (since this one seems to be selling well), Scarlett's first Elite, Gargano in The Way gear, and maybe the first Grimes.

To me, it would sale better releasing one and the other in a few down the road lines. And they probably don’t have the license to release Barbarian yet who knows, but they wanna get them out, so instead of waiting on Barbarian to release Warlord, why not release Warlord now and hope later down the road we get Barbarian? I mean having 1 is better than not having either. I mean before ppl were complaining about not getting this guy or that guy, now their pushing them out the only way they can, ppl still find a way to complain. Don’t take that last line personal,I was generally speaking. But we also can thank WWE for most of the issues considering their the ones with the leash. It’s lost income for them.

So the entire hhh led dx is represented in the upcoming legends waves. Hhh was released with the invade wcw look minus the camo pants back in an earlier elites wave. Is it a fair chance they will release him with the full look in this wave along with Chyna, pac, and Dogg all in the outfits from that night?

Judging by the leaked photo of Billy, I'm guessing all of them will be in cloth DX invasion clothes, with ring gear underneath. Only exception might be Chyna, who I could see just being in her invasion attire with no 2-in-1 aspect.

I wouldn’t mind earlier Outlaws but have to imagine Mr Ass Gunn would sell better. Plus with Survivor Series Road Dogg we could finally get the DX jersey.
