Well your wrong on that statement too soooo…. 🤷🏻♂️ He said they’re no pre sales for series 11. Unless they go online after the fact, he said no presales which means no pre order And he said they will go up online, just won’t be a preorder but they won’t be just an in store set.

Well your wrong on that statement too soooo…. 🤷🏻♂️ Oh yeah, you’re right, they’ll be online. eBay and triple the price. But anyway, his post said no pre sale which means no pre order. So unless they go online after they go into stores, I’m going by what he said. Correct, no pre-order, but they may still be available online at some point just like any other series is following a pre-order.

Here's Steve unboxing Series 11 and 12. http://instagram.com/p/CQ2HQPrHF37 They corrected Bigelow's logo, which is great, but they've changed Macho's shirt into some wacky looking cut up sleeves, which isn't how he wore it in the Cream of the Crop promo, so I'm not sure what they were basing that on...I'll be switching it with the Legends 5 shirt.

Why the did they do that to Macho’s shirt? The heads on Piper and Hall are absolute dog sh*t. Like not even close. On the flip side, Nash is insanely good. The discrepancy in heads from figure-to-figure with this line is crazy.

I guess it's based on these promo shots...Might have looked better with a lower cut neck, but I wish they would've just kept it accurate to the Cream promo.

Thanks for this though. I’m never shocked to find out Bill totally ignored accuracy because he had a promo photo. He obviously didn’t have the two minutes it takes to go to YouTube and watch the actual promo.

Sometimes I wonder what kind of research is done...I mean it only takes a minute or two to look up some videos of Piper in '92 for example and realize that kilt is way off. I don't mean to be a hater, because I love Mattel, but sometimes I have to scratch my head at these little things.

Don’t buy them. But you won’t. Not saying you’re talking to me. However, if they make something that done match or make sense, I don’t buy it. This macho man in particular, i will buy because I can switch the shirt since I have a few extra from the last legends that came out several years ago, but it being a chase I won’t over pay for it and I won’t make any trips looking for it.

Honestly in that video the Piper head looks much much better. Big John Studd and JYD look great too. Really sold on that Billy. I don’t need Macho or Hall so I’m not bothered by inaccuracies. Love Nash though I won’t buy it because I don’t give no damns about WCW. Glad we got an ECW Bam Bam though I wish he got the chase with a New Generation version.

Can you guys stop spewing crap and hate, so people like Steve don't stop posting here? Jesus Christ. Most people talk about what’s wrong with things so it can be fixed? I’m sure there’s been plenty of stuff changed because fans of the line speak up about things. So most I don’t see it being hate other than speaking what they think is wrong and should be fixed.

I wish so many of you would take business 101. If a certain deco, fabric, shirt design, etc didn’t happen it’s probably for budget reasons. Spend the money on new fabric for Piper’s kilt or use the old one they already have on hand and use the savings on other product, figures, deco, etc? Hmm I wonder what a business would pick. You act like their inaccuracies are directly pointed at you and meant to hurt your nostalgic childhood memories. Don’t like it, don’t buy it. I doubt 14 people complaining on a fig forum is educating them on what to do in the future. I’m sure their bosses tell them to focus on making sure Piper’s kilt is accurate and not profit margins or budgets during their marketing meetings.

I would think it would cost more money/time to cut shirt sleeves of a shirt that never existed with said promo. That pipers kilt was probably done that way for now, so later down the road when they do another Piper likely a basic, then more people would buy it just to own the kilt.

I think the issue here is more to do with the part/design choices, rather than cost/business ones... they already had a darker kilt for Piper (from the Legends 2-pack) that would have been much better and more accurate - yet they went with the lighter/less accurate one.

It's the same fabric regardless of what design is printed onto it...And if they had to use a pre-existing design, the one from the Bob Orton 2-pack would have no doubt been closer to what he wore at the time. Nobody is taking these inaccuracies personally and we're all aware that it's a business...Some of us are just curious as to how or why certain design choices are made (like taking the extra effort to have Randy's sleeves cut up when they weren't like that in the promo).

The problem isn't criticism -- it's the way you are doing it. The best way to attract flies is with honey. If you bitch and complain and crap all over someone -- what are the chances they are not going to respond to what you're saying? Highly doubtful.
Compare that to what could happen if you're nice and respectful, and then ask them to make changes.
So do you really want changes? If so, why not try treating Action Figure Attack and others with respect and proper manners, and see what happens.
