I have no idea how this turned into a Bret debate. Do I think Bret spent a lot of years as a grump old man? Yup. Do I think he had some good reason to? Yup. Did his opinions have any affect on my enjoyment of watching his matches? Hell no. Top 10 wrestler for me. Do I think everyone should like Bret’s work? Nope, wrestling is subjective. I do think it’s odd if his opinions hinder your enjoyment of him though. It’s not like he’s a piece of sh** human like Hogan or Warrior.
Dear guy that has never watched a Bret match, don’t if you don’t want to. If you do, matches against Austin/Diesel/Michaels/Hennig are pretty god damn fun. Just avoid his WCW run. And while you’re at it maybe avoid anything non cruiserweight related WCW post 93.

Just a thought about RVD:
If they wind up releasing him as a chase, he's presumably gonna have the same accessory since that's part the prerequisite for a chase figure. That means it won't be an ECW/WWF hybrid unless he just comes with a chair or something; it's gonna be one or the other if he includes a belt. If I had to guess, it'll be ECW RVD since they just made that ECW tv title, and RVD actually held that version of the title so it makes double sense to do it. I loved his tye-dye dragon attires in ECW, so I am definitely okay with this, though one day we will hopefully get a WWF equivalent with the white tiger attire and maybe that gray/green RVD gear as hardcore champion. He had a ton of cool attires so the more the merrier, I say.

Let's face it Mattel dosen't always care about accuracy and most people would like both titles anyways. |

True, but by the time this figure comes out, Bam Bam will probably be gone from store shelves since it's the next Legends wave. I guess it all depends on whether they'll give him the budget for a vac-belt since his deco is pretty heavy as it is. Still hoping for the ECW tv title, but Hardcore would be cool, too. |
