Given the right circumstances, I'd absolutely be for it. A short run of 2-3 programs would put a ton of new eyes on the product and have a chance to absolutely put over some guys. A match with Cage or Omega could go miles in elevating them with a more mainstream audience. A Mox match with proper build could do some crazy numbers with a live crowd. And I think AEW would be able to tell a more compelling story than the cookie cutter "monster" story WWE had been recycling for 4-5 years. But I don't think it happens. Even if TK were willing to back up the Brinks truck and paid Brock the kind of stupid money it would take to get him to go along with doing business, Vince will top it and then some. WWE not using Brock is a far, far different thing from him showing up on another program. I don't think AEW has any realistic chance to signing Brock, and may not even try. Whatever wild number they offer, Brock will take it back to Vince and go back to appearing a few times a year. If they wanted to run a giant event at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, they'd HAVE to have major names like Lesnar & Punk on the card. I think you hit the nail on the head. As soon as Brock has a dope offer in hand from AEW, he'd IMMEDIATELY hit up VKM to use it as leverage.

Crowds are going to be rabid for travel and live events whenever we get to the point where that's possible again. I don't think it's totally crazy that we see some kind of AEW Supercard at TIAA, especially if they can pull off something with NJPW.

That'll make 50-60k itchy enough to travel. TBH, I'm not really into seeing Punk in the ring again. If he were the punk rock guy he thinks he is, he would have been at All In and helped build something from the ground up. Phil's an assh*le. He'd probably draw though. lol Returning to the topic, if Lesnar came in to put over younger talent over I'm in. Brock beating the top guys would kill the company for me.

That'll make 50-60k itchy enough to travel. I wouldn’t travel for Brock anymore. His schtick is beyond tired to me. Punk however I’d fly my ass anywhere in a heart beat for him in AEW. A lot of people turned on him when he walked away but I’m still a fan. Sure he’s too bitchy at times but so is everyone he just doesn’t hide it lol

I agree, was always a Punk fan when he was wrestling. His post wrestling attitude has revealed a lot about him that is unlikeable. I’m concerned he isn’t the draw he would think he is now.

All it would take is one killer promo and most people would be into a build. My worry is that how does a guy who was lazy in the ring hold up after spending almost a decade in retirement. It’d be diminishing returns after that too...

Hell ing No. Tony Kahn could save his money and find someone who is willing to come in and wrestle every week and plus with all the money he has made in WWE (TV Appearance and PPV match money plus the "Blood Money") and UFC fight money.

I should have said sloppy. I saw him live several times and there were large stretches where he would go through the motions until the closing stretch.

I specifically ask because in IWA Mid South & ROH, dude busted his ass everytime I saw him. In WWE, if he was sloppy, seemed unmotivated, or even lazy... Well, it's WWE, they'd probably beat the effort, desire, and love for Pro Wrestling out of him by that point.

I get that he was beaten down by the system, but if you're the top guy you can't just go through the motions when the majority of the crowd is there for you.

Brock’s name would help legitimize the company in the eyes of casual fans and general sports fans.
Now whether id want him there or not depends on how they use him. Will he be the Brock of old who we know was capable of putting on 5* matches, or is he gonna be “suplex city” Brock who phones it in? If Brock came with his working boots I’d be all for it.

Brock Lesnar doesn't need AEW, and AEW doesn't need Brock Lesnar

I can't think of who I'd want to appear less, Brock or Punk. They're like my two least wanted list same

Yes!
Brock in AEW would be interesting to see, create new feuds. Besides he has nothing left or any opponent he has left to face in WWE
