I just got my Elite 79 Big E and one of the side plates on the tag title is missing. I looked inside the package and everywhere upon opening it. It was my only way of obtaining the second shiny blue tag belt as I bought all three members. I don't have a back up. And this is plain messed up. I emailed Mattel to see if there is anything they can do about it. Has this ever happened to anyone before. I just want the missing accessory so I'm curious of their response.I made it clear I'm a loose collector and part of an accessory missing is unacceptable.

I had spares though so not a big deal. I've had that happen maybe 3-4 times since 2010. I've never tried to get a replacement but Mattel should be willing to help you out.They will get back to you. |

Thanks for getting back to me. I knew I couldn't be alone on this one of many quality control issues. I barely post here anymore, but this one bugged me because I have no back up belts. Plus I want what I paid forin full, not missing pieces. Hope Mattel fixes the issue...

Bought a chase Bobby Fish a few weeks ago and had the same issue.
Granted, the belt would probably just sit in a bag of accessories anyway, but still annoying.

Bought a chase Bobby Fish a few weeks ago and had the same issue. Granted, the belt would probably just sit in a bag of accessories anyway, but still annoying. Even if I have multiple's I think you get the point. Mattel's lack of quality control is bad enough that's it's common. I really hope my email reaches them... |

I’ve never seen a belt missing plates. Wrong plates or upside down plates yeah but never no plates at all
