My walmarts have alot of elites but there expecting decade of dominance, aew, and main line elites this week into the weekend.
Hopefully all yours all load up too. Christmas must be hard to shop for kids that are into these figures.

I haven’t been out very often looking for figures so it’s possible I just miss when they come in, but I haven’t seen an elite at one specific Walmart in many many months. Two weeks ago they had a decent amount of basics, and then last week they were all gone leaving literally zero figures there.
Target always has something though. Usually the leftovers and shelf warmers, but at least it’s noticeable that they get new product in.

Shelves have been empty at this point literally years and I don’t get it. We were Def having this same discussion last year. I just left Target and the two action figure aisles in general were just empty. I don’t get it. I think this is just the new normal at retail since TRU died. They'd rather short order, sell through product immediately, and then have the pegs sit empty than over-buy and end up clearancing product. It's not just an issue with wrestling figures. It has literally been years since I've seen a new Star Wars Black figure in stores that wasn't one of the retro carded waves. Even Marvel Legends seem to get fewer restocks than they did in the past and the section is often barren. I've literally never seen one of the GI Joe Classified figures in store. I think specialty retailers are going to be the best option, and finding a figure at retail will be a pleasant surprise.

This has been normal for years.
Resets come in January and things get restocked, just like every other year

In the past my Wal-Mart had been one of the better ones at getting new figures but they haven’t gotten any new Elites past Series 77. They do get the new basic figures fairly regularly. Wrestling figures never stay on the shelves long in my area though.
Right now there’s just a handful of Elite 77 AJ’s and a neckless Adam Cole basic.

The Targets in my area don't even have WWE toys. How Mattel has a deal with them boggles me

Walmart has sucked with stocking wwe figures all year for about 2-3 years now I’ve said it several times, and Milwaukee tools is an example. There is such a demand, Mattel should consider having manufacturers reps to go to stores with the ability to special order and ensure all Mattel product is being represented.

There is such a demand, Mattel should consider having manufacturers reps to go to stores with the ability to special order and ensure all Mattel product is being represented. There is a difference. A collector or scalper can and usually does come in, buy every single wrestling figure and clean out the pegs in one visit. It is unlikely somebody will come in and buy every single Milwaukee brand toolbox or drill in that same manner.

And here is another prediction, shortly after the holidays before they do a reset someone in here will make a doom and gloom thread saying that their local Walmart or Target removed the Wwe tags and therefore aren’t carrying them anymore and many on here will believe it and some of us will remind them we go through this every year.

One WalMart hasn't gotten Elites in 3 months, but still getting plenty of basics. Another WalMart got one case of DoD.
One Target got one case of Legends 8. Another Target just got E78, but nothing else.
I've been checking out Meijer lately and they are getting main line Elites quicker than my other stores. Didn't expect that.

This has been normal for years. Resets come in January and things get restocked, just like every other year Except all the times when the shelves are still empty because they just move empty shelves to new areas in the department. The only time shelves are full is Wrestlemania season and it’s been that way for years

This has been normal for years. Resets come in January and things get restocked, just like every other year the problem is it’s not just a month or 2 it’s most the year with empty pegs.

Stock has been pretty dry lately around Nashville. Aside from the initial Legends 8 drop, I haven’t seen new stock on those. Elites pop up randomly at 2 cases tops then once they go it’s the same old warmers.
If anyone needs the Top Picks AJ Styles in grey and blue I could hook you up with about 400 of them.

There's product out there, but mainly shelfwarmers & scraps around me. Elite 78 & Basic 112 is the latest I've seen in stores. Plenty of Heenans & Elite 77. I only saw Legends 8 once in 1 store & they were gone within a day.
