You go to a store Maryland? If so I know the exact store you’re talking about because I had that exact feeling of disappointment with those exact same switcharoos last Thursday, it was Summerslam elite Ambrose and a basic Miz with purple designs thinking about it now I wonder how the person opened the package to get the figure out and reseal them because you have to pretty much destroy the package to get the figures out unlike elites where there’s simply a piece of tape to remove slowly. I was at the Columbia, MD Walmart earlier.. didn't see the MJF figure but saw the Mox...it was pretty mangled on the right hand side of the box.

A part of me is surprised that Walmart would accept a figure returned with a mangled box, but then again it is Walmart managers don’t care.

One of the customer service managers accepted returns for free samples that were being given out in our store, during that same day. You could return a dirty diaper to WM and claim it was used when you bought it.

My guess is the managers just ok returns like this since it's around 20 bucks since they prob got a million other issues to worry about. Just sucks for us being collectors/fans. And annoying how people are thinking they are being so clever by doing the figure swap. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here.

I currently work at a Walmart and yep managers pretty much accept any and all returns, people buy Christmas/Halloween decorations put them up and then come in with their receipt when the season is over and get a refund.

I was at Walmart this morning because they were supposed to have AEW figures on last night’s truck, but the distribution center changed it to an unfulfilled item with a new tentative “In stock” date of the 31st.

Brickseek updated to 6+ for the third time since last week. The first two times I saw full cases of series two, this one I completely missed. Brickseek went from 6+ to limited stock, but there was nothing left. Last week my store still had an MJF when brickeek was showing out of stock, so I was hoping limited stock meant they had Riho or the Bucks since I didn't pre-order games them.
