I just came across this line and have so many questions:
1. Did the figures have any action features? 2. Were the sets produced in equal number (i.e. same Edge giving his finisher to Kane as getting Kane's) 3. Any issues arise from them being packaged in such flexible positions?
So interested to hear more about this set

No action features. Just highly articulated for the times. I don’t think they were short packed. Nor do I recall any warping from the packages. I just remember being disappointed with the odd hair for long haired wrestlers. Triple H’s standing straight up to make it look as if he was dropping to deliver the pedigree was the worst.

Great line, currently collecting them all, only issue I can think of is loose joints and how thin the peg is that joins the leg to the crotch area

1 - No features just the most articulation at the time which for wrestling figures was really cool
2 - The Finish Moves two packs had 3 packs with 2 variations per set but no difference between the actual figure. They were all packed 1 per case of 6.
Kane/Undertaker FM2 is probably the only set that didn't have equal numbers since they changed Kanes attire though the run
I think maybe the Girl/Guy sets didn't have the female taking the move though but I could be wrong.
3. No issues ever for the poses even opening them today they hold up. Loose played with ones though usually got very loose joints.

I loved that set, the precursor to DA/elite lines. Yea some of the hair molds were a bit much but it's a minor oversight. I had a bunch of them and wish I kept my triple H so I could use the hair for a Nakano custom lol hindsight. I'm pretty sure they were evenly packaged and reversed, back then the concept of chases, short packs, and all that greedy crap wasn't really a thing compared to today.

I only had a few of these figures - Edge, The Rock, Jeff Hardy, and Billy Gunn, but man they were great. Loved the articulation. The hair on some was a bit annoying, yes, but during play was fine.

3. Any issues arise from them being packaged in such flexible positions? I remember clearly seeing at toys are us a packaged kane and undertake with kanes leg being broken off in the package. IT could have been from handling though. I have an edge and rikishi from the line that are as if i had bought them today. Both have held up incredibly well. * One side note is that the Adrenaline series 1 jeff hardys head is the FM/FC figure with new hair, the original prototype had the old "in the air" hair, but was later changed. the packaging proto shows the 10th anniversary jeff.jeff had short hair at the time for a while when those figures came out, not sure why they gave him long hair. I remember that Jeff Hardy proto - it’s actually added to the allure of the figure no one wanted it with the FM head then when people saw what we got the figures demand skyrocketed so fast
That’s the only time can think they used a FM head for a proto type except maybe the Test R3 series 4 had the same head with different hair (or it’s so close I think it is) or ones that didn’t matter like Batista and Henry
