...US?
Going off of my last post, for the US members of WFigs - have you ever visited the UK or Canada? For UK members, have you ever visited the US or Canada? For Canadian members, have you ever visited the US or UK?
For all of the above, where did you go specifically and did you enjoy it?

My Cousin visited the UK a few years ago when she went on a trip to Europe with her daughter. Back in the 90s my parents and their friends visited Niagara Falls Canada. My Parents enjoyed Canada. My Cousin said the UK was very expensive.

My daughter goes to school in London. I’ve never been but my wife has gone there a few times.

I've left the mid-west twice, both times I went to Florida. I live in Indiana. I've been to Ohio and Illinois once a piece. Going to the next town over is somewhat a big deal for me. I wanna go to Canada to get to experience Toys R Us one last time. But if wrestling works out for me I'll have some cool stories for y'all in a few years.
TL;DR no I've never been there why am I even here.

I went to New York three years ago. Overal I loved the experience. I learnt a few things whilst I was there:
1) Don't stop walking on the sidewalk when there are alot of people around, you will get shouted at. 2) Don't make small talk with people in 711. They don't give a crap and just want to finish their shifts.

Although I should add that his friend was very polite and apologized sincerely for his drunk friend lol! Probably didn’t want his ass to get handed to him by my wife.

I'm from Canada, been to the US a decent amount. Many road trips to see baseball games and friends. Been to Washington, Chicago, Columbus, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Erie, Cincinnati, Lansing, Detroit, done the Blue Ridge Parkway, maybe more.
I have also been to the UK twice. I visited a friend over Christmas in Caernafon (Wales), went to Manchester, London, Liverpool, around Wales, and Dublin for New Years, didn't stay over, but that's a story for another day :-). Then went back the next year while I was travelling in Israel, so cheap to fly when you're on that side of the world. Went to Cardiff, Manchester, Newcastle, and maybe somewhere else? Hard to keep track. Wish I kept better track of it.
It seems that for the foreseeable future I'll be exploring Canada though.

I'm from the UK. I lived in San Diego when I was young in the late 90's/early 00's. I don't remember a whole lot of it, but the few memories I do have are great ones. I've only been back to the US once since, when I went on vacation to Orlando in 2014 which was an awesome experience. I was due to go to NYC in 2018, but I had to cancel after my uni lecturers gave us a huge last minute assignment for the week I was meant to go.
Never been to Canada but I have a great aunt and uncle living in Calgary. I'd love to visit it someday. As far as the US goes, Oregon and New York are the places I'd like to visit most.

I heard one homeless guy ask another for a lend of 82 pence the other week but that's about it. I've not been to North America before but I'd like to. I'd favour Canada more because it seems friendlier and there's some nice scenery. The North West US probably interests me most in the US but that might because I'd feel more at home in the rain there.

The year was 2003, I had a scheduled trip to the mountains of UK for research on their mighty dragons. I slept in wonderfully on a Sunday morning, my alarm turned off, allowing me to wake up around 1 in the afternoon. I lived in an underground tunnel in America at the time. I slipped on my Beavis and Butthead slippers and went to pour me some coffee, Columbian, 100% with caramel sweetner added. I nibbled on some buttered toast as I watched the television.
I finished breakfast, which took me around 30 minutes. I had to be at my private jet by 3:30pm for my trip to search for the heavy THICC dragon. I went and got dressed, wearing jeans and a polo shirt. My hair was greasy because I never washed it back then. I grabbed my keys and went to start my green Mini Coop.
Upon arriving at the airport, I noticed dark thunder clouds. This caused me to bite my dirty nails, I also never washed my hands back then. Anyway I got inside my private jet, it took off and to make a long story short, it arrived in the UK and the storms hit in and I had no choice but to parachute out of the jet directly into the mountains and I landed right on top of the dragon. I captured the fire breathing monster. But no pictures, cameras weren't invented then.

Never had near enough money to travel overseas. Even if I did, the UK would be way down the list of destinations behind Italy, Spain, Japan, Brazil, Sweden, Puerto Rico, Australia, Norway, etc.
